Just follow the visual prompts and you'll replace a knee on a human and turn that human into a cyborg. This is the future. I for one welcome our VR reality and robot cyborg overlords. Whole thing will take about 8 minutes. You can teleport around to make things easier to reach if you don't have a big room-scale setup. Réalisation d'une TTA sur un patient de 45 ans je dirais. L’intervention est réalisée sous anesthésie générale, sinon le pauvre va douiller. L'ostéotomie est donc réalisée à la scie, un coin osseux est inséré sous la TTA. Une fois la greffe mise en place, la TTA est fixée par 2 vis en titane. Ensuite on effectue une section de l’aileron rotulien externe permettant de faciliter le recentrage de la rotule. Ce petit jeu VR est entièrement gratuit, tout est en Anglais par contre, mais faut pas avoir fait un Bac Médecine pour comprendre le fonctionnement.
