"Get Over Here!" is an appalling ripoff of Flappy Bird coupled with a theme stolen directly from Mortal Kombat (I really hope Konami sues). It's not free, this is in fact some of the most brazen beggarware on Steam I've ever seen... the developer is begging for astrononimcal amounts of money that we should give him freely because he polluted Steam with this valueless garbage.
What do you do in the game? It's Flappy Bird with a laughably bad, lazy MS-Paint stick figure theme on it, and conceptual design stolen from and infringing on the copyrighted property, Mortal Kombat. Can't just steal other people's stuff... it's not just unethical, it's illegal in some parts of the world.
The graphics here are particularly awful, so bad that it actually stands out as one of the worst looking games on Steam. Quite an accomplishment. It's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise.
This game is fairly dated at 5 years old... and even back then it looked old and busted compared to contemporary, professionally made 3D games of the same period. It looked bad then, it looks worse now.
On pricing and value for gamers, this is only free in a rudimentary sense... the developer has their hand out for a $37 USD "donation" for this as you're expected to buy some extra DLC from Steam... digital panhandling. THIRTY SEVEN UNITED STATES DOLLARS. Like the homeless guys who splash dirty water on your windscreen at the traffic lights. No thanks. Even then, the meth addicts at the traffic lights aren't asking for almost fourty bucks. What a joke.
Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 3 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away.
Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it?
Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.

As usual, with some of the worst games on Steam, all the comedians come out of the woodwork. The vast majority of the reviews for this game are joke reviews, mocking the game for just how bad it is. The comedians give us the usual "this game cured my cancer, saved my marriage, changed my life" story... sarcastic, but not useful if you want to know if the game is worth it.
Because most of the reviews are humorous but also insincere and not reflective of the actual quality of the product, the positive review score for this game should be taken with a grain of salt.
