Gatlin'

ガトリングガンの発砲による反動で移動して ゴール地点を目指す､高難易度死に覚えアクション｡ 操作は､4種のガトリングガン発砲による移動と攻撃だけ｡ 移動はいちいち難しく､道中は即死罠だらけで 常に絶妙なキー操作が求められるイライラゲー｡ 発想はとても面白く､敵のビジュアルもユニークで 初見の印象は上々｡しかし､定期的に戦うことになるボスが あまりにも硬すぎて､バランス調整不足感が否めない｡ プレイ時間対楽しさで考えて割に合わないと判断して 残念ながら筆者はクリアを断念｡ ただひたすら難しいだけで､それを乗り越えた際の 気持ち良さに欠けるため､プレイし続けるのが苦痛 というのが､一通り遊んでみた率直な感想｡ 発売以来一度もアプデが来ておらず この難易度が最終的なバランスだとするなら 人には勧めにくいかな､という総評｡

Gatlin' es un juego que me recuerda demasiado a la época dorada de Flash y Fancy Pants Adventures, y toma esa misma estética para hacer algo nuevo, ofreciendo un gameplay con varios tipos de minigun. Cada tipo hace algo distinto (además de ofrecerte distintas formas de moverte) y es muy creativo en todos los sentidos. A pesar de estar en early access, está bastante completo, y no puedo esperar a ver el resultado final.

Amazing stuff! Gatlin' is a game that really does give you flash vibes, both in difficulty and... difficulty! (and art!) Difficult and painful to play, but inmense relief once you get past that one pesky stage that you are stuck on! Absolutely recommend if you enjoy suffering! (but enjoy the payoff of said suffering!)

A challenging game, but that's the point. Glad to see the dev is constantly working on improving the game.

If there was a game that I could think of off the top of my head, that made me scream 'AWESOME SAUCE!!!', it would definitely be Gatlin'. From what I've played so far, the gameplay is REALLY fast paced, but there are mechanics, for example, if you wanted to switch (between the 4) guns at any opportunity you want, that can change not only the pace of the game, but the gameplay as a whole and even REPLAYABILITY, making it even awesome-er according to your playstyle. The difficulty is not the easiest, but it is still good for one who wants to look for level-based challenges with tons of unique gimmicks thrown into it, especially since I've already encountered more than a few levels that are extremely FUN because of the brilliant, but not over-complicated level design, and the bosses are super awesome too! For some segments, I've seen humor used in the game in the witty but hilarious way, and it's really fun to read whatever dialogue the (couple of) characters which I've encountered so far have had to say! Oh, the soundtrack is super fitting and easy to listen to too! Overall, would recommend.

This is like the Dark Souls of Fancy Pant Adventure.
