[b]game of puzzles: slavic mythology[/b] is a simple jigsaw-like where you swap square pieces around, so none of that tile sliding nonsense I hate so much. [b]12 levels[/b], selected from a nice map, though the icons are a bit small to make out what's what. pictures can be cut into 9, 16 or 25 pieces, nothing too challenging, [b]ideal for kids[/b], but I liked the artwork and there's even [b]some educational info about the topic[/b]. there's a single volume slider for some fitting and pretty good music, windowed mode toggle, language options and a separate gallery for the completed images. I honestly didn't expect this quality, though it could use some proofreading and it'd be better if the educational stuff came up after solving the levels, not just when you look at the gallery. puzzle progress isn't saved when exiting a level, which would be a dealbreaker normally, but even a 25-piece thing won't take long and the whole game [b]can be completed in half an hour or less[/b] with all the reading. it's not too bad a deal for a dollar, though I wish it had more levels.

После того, как картинки собраны, в галерее (доступна через главное меню) также можно прочитать небольшие описания изображенных мифических существ. Картинки тут не скажу, чтобы прямо невероятные, но свою порцию удовольствия я от прохождения получила. Чего и вам всем желаю.

Игра представляет собой пазлы, в данном случае сбор полноценной картины из мелких, готовых кусочков. Под музыку и тематику славянских мотивов переставляем мышкой по два блока, пока изображение не будет собрано. В игре всего лишь 12 уровней с различными мифологическими существами, очень мало, особенно если Вы уже знакомы с другой игрой этой серии - Nature. Размеры поля будут зависеть от выбранной Вами сложности (3х3, 4х4 и 5х5). На готовый образец посмотреть не дадут, куски картины не фиксируются при установке в нужное место. Никакой статистики, никакого таймера нет - думаю здесь это скорее плюс. Несмотря на малое количество картинок, цена скромная и как минимум любители пазлов будут довольны, остальным на своё усмотрение.

Man muss die einzelnen Kacheln der durcheinandergewirbelten Puzzles untereinander austauschen, um so jeweils das fertige Bild zu erhalten. Bei jedem Motiv kann man zwischen 9, 16 und 25 Teilen wählen, aus denen das Bild wieder zusammengesetzt werden muss. In einer separaten Gallerie erhält man zu jedem der "Geschöpfe" dann noch ein paar Hintergrundinformationen. Gefällt mir sehr gut. Schade, dass es so kurz ist. Die Spielzeit beträgt nur knapp eine halbe Stunde. Alle Achievements lassen sich problemlos freischalten. Für jedes gelöste Puzzle erhält man einen Erfolg und ein Puzzle muss auf allen drei Schwierigkeitsstufen gelöst werden, um die restlichen drei Erfolge freizuschalten. Game of Puzzles: Slavic Mythology is an asset/template flip, what Valve calls a "fake game". The "developer", Snkl Studio, took a jigsaw puzzle template from ClickTeam Fusion, slapped a couple of stolen dinosaur pictures from the internet on it (uncredited of course, this guy wants YOUR money for someone else's work), and dumped the results onto Steam as a cash grab scam. Snkl Studio has shown a repeated pattern of ripping off ClickTeam Fusion templates and dumping them on Steam. Don't believe me? The products that result from asset flips aren't "real" games. They lack depth and content, because they're just simplistic copies of demos or tutorials. In this case, "Game of Puzzles: Slavic Mythology" is just a basic Clickteam Fusion tile swapping puzzle game, and doesn't have any merit as a proper, fully fledged PC game, so this copy+paste of it can't be recommended. Sure, in this case we do note the asset flipper is passionate about their Slavic heritage so they ripped off some text from the internet to go along with the stolen/generated images that make up for "content"... but rest assured, this is still valueless asset flip garbage. There's better free puzzle games you can play in your web browser, but Snkl wants your money for this one. The poor quality of this asset flip is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 2 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 110,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality asset flip is to be expected. Asset flips don't involve any professional game development. Sure, sometimes they may change a few cosmetic things, swap out different assets etc, but at heart it's functionally identical to the asset they're ripping off. Asset flips are an insult to both PC gamers and to professional game developers who create genuine, high quality PC games. Asset flips like this are harmful to the gaming industry and to Steam because they reduce the visibility that sincerely made indie games should have. They make it harder for gamers to find genuine games made by honest developers. Kurzes Puzzlevergnügen! Gerne mehr Motive. In der Galerie gibt es dann auch die Beschreibungen zu den Figuren. Das find ich gut, weil das hatte mich nämlich auch interessiert, neben dem Puzzeln. :)
