"天仙变" is one of thousands of nasty browser games infesting the "free" section of Steam, but it's not really free, and it's not really a PC game... this is a glorified webpage.
This is square in the middle of what you expect from a Chinese browser scam. A thin attempt to make a minimum viable "clicker" "MMO" where gameplay involves clicking around a bit to pretend you're playing the game and getting beaten about the head by the fact you can't progress and you can't "win" unless you pay up at the cash shop.
There's only a superficial "game" here. The game visuals and the game itself are incredibly shallow... think of them as the cabinet dress theme on a poker machine at the casino. That's basically what this is. So really, this webpage is just a veneer wrapped around a nasty, predatory mobile app-like real money transaction cash shop.
Putting that toxic mobile app tier monetisation aside... this is a webpage. I didn't spend thousands on a gaming PC so I could browse the web, and I don't think you did either... Steam isn't here to compete with Firefox and Chrome. The presence of this game on Steam is just a desperate attempt from a shady web developer to try scam a wider audience, an audience you certainly should not be part of.
There's no English translation for the this, but that's okay. The language of bad products is universal.
This game is fairly dated at 5 years old... and even back then it looked old and busted compared to contemporary, professionally made 3D games of the same period. It looked bad then, it looks worse now.
Even after that, this still isn't really free as the game is infested with mobile app store like microtransactions. This is a consumer hostile model that we don't need to see on PC. It's deceptively priced to gouge gamers, and that's a reason in itself to avoid this.
Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 5 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away.
Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it?
Not this time. This isn't worth downloading. While this won't cost you any money, you get what you pay for, and sometimes, even when the game is free, it's still not enough.
