Paid: 99 cents. I had low expectations going in, but they were not even met, as this "game" is barely playable and has minimal production values. Some of this you can see in the videos (cartoony, low-poly bathing suit-clad character in a realistic sci-fi industrial setting, footstep sounds that don't match the environment, taking damage sounds that are male grunts instead of female, etc). Something you cannot see, and probably the reason there is no combat in the videos, is what happens when you try to shoot. The shooting animation is several seconds long; upon pressing the left mouse button, the camera jerks laterally several inches, your character slowly raises her arm, fires a single shot, and then slowly lowers her arm back to rest. If you shoot again before the cycle completes, the whole animation immediately restarts. I only discovered this by experimentation; what happened when I actually tried to fight was my camera thrashing violently as I rapidly clicked my left-mouse button, no shooting animation or sound evident because I was re-starting the animation every time I clicked, and my target just suddenly dropping dead at my feet. Pressing ESC to bring up the options menu is even frustrating, as the camera continues to mouselook when the menu is up. This makes it much harder than it should be to click GAME OVER.
