GAG

Garbage. Not even a game. I can't believe I wasted a dollar on this.

The main game, as it is titled, is a simple gag about sexual abuse. It is short, unfunny, and had nothing to say on the subject. To be honest, it is insulting. As for the other three games, they aren't worth your time. I'm pretty sure two of them don't work. The only fun part of this game was launching it four times and annoying my steam friends. Seriously... why couldn't there just be a menu?

Reminds me of my childhood.

It's like if Tommy Wiesau made a video game. The story is so god awful and insensitive that it was almost comical. Like, no effort was put into the story and it's obvious that the writer has no idea on how to write about a subject like sexual abuse. The only good thing about Gag is the atmosphere, but the TTS and monkey writing kills it immediately. 2/10: Don't waste your money.

Love the weird art style design, interesting concept. For some reason I didn't get BOX, CRASH, or FLUE with the GAG game itself unfortunately. Rather short indie game, really did enjoy the odd visuals.

I gotta be honest with this, i only recommend if you are not too critical about this kind of experimental, kinda creepy kinda thought provoking type of small "game". This is more of a collection of 4 small titles. 1. Gag is actually pretty interesting. Nothing worldview changing but it made me feel the way it wanted me to feel. (I can also see this one beeing pretty strong for someone with more connection to the topic) 2. Box. Very short point and click game. Interesting premise but nothing special. Could have easily been more fleshed out. 3. Crash. Did not really like that one. Like another review allready said, Its like one of those sentence long horror short-storys. 4. Flue is a small gimmicky short story. Not to bad, athmosphere was there, but it also could have easily been more fleshed out. I think, with a little bit more time, Box and Flue could have been a little bit longer, potential was there, i would have enjoyed both of them alot more if they werent just a small spoon-full. The Idea of both were cool. Gag was pretty good, i think the weird uncanniness of the artstyle and the text to speach did a good thing. Crash...i dunno, maybe some weird SPC stuff, easily the weakest one. All in all i had a good time playing for half an hour to see everything it had to offer.
