Funny Panda is yet another of literally thousands of 2D retro platformers infesting Steam and lowering the average quality of all video games everywhere. This shovelware platformer is a basic Unreal Engine asset flip, it's a bunch of stock assets assembled badly into a very lame, awful "precision" platformer. Guide the asset flipped low poly panda around a pink platformer level, avoiding anything that moves or glows. It's garbage. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics. The game features lazy low-polygon "retro" assets, making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the 1990s. It's unclear why the developers weren't able to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets for the game, and also irrelevant... what matters is that this looks bad as a result of their decisions, a compromise PC gamers shouldn't have to put up with. Bewilderingly, the game doesn't include proper audio controls, so you can't turn off the annoying background music, you'll need to alt+tab out and stop the music using the Windows sound mixer. This is obviously not okay and it's unclear why the developers chose not to include this basic feature. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. Funny Panda is relatively cheap at $1 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, this is impossible to recommend.

The panda, was indeed, not funny. 3/10 Edit: This game is a bountiful masterpiece. I have never seen such a game that has offered not only graphics that are beyond that of what is currently capable-- graphics so distinct, so intrusive, so beyond- that not even the naked eye can perceive them, and can only see the polygons that make up this astonishing game-- I have broken up[ with multiple partners, given up multiple kids, destroyed countless over this game. I used to be a crack addict, a prostitute, even what you could consider- a chronically online gamer. Six months later now- six months of funny panda, I am now a changed man. I am currently off of drugs. I advocate against the use of sell of crack and make sure to gun down anyone who might even be in the vicinity of it. I have stopped obsessing over minors and have directed my attention towards old, neglected ladies. I now spend every day with my busty brazilian wife and four precious black kids (I'm sure they're mine btw). I look back with tears at the man I was before. The man without Funny Panda. Thank you.

These 9 minutes have been the longest 9 minutes of my life. The only people I could recommend this game to are people with cancer trying to make the time they have left seem longer.
