monster just one those if u look at it it doesnt move mechanics thats in so many unity games and no option to change that sensitivity which is set to extreme
Nice aesthetic and the start of a good story, with some pretty decent voice acting, it's just the usability that lets it down. The monster is a scarily spooky design. Maybe I didn't give it enough of a chance but after half an hour (with 10 mins of that searching for an invisible key that magically appeared in my inventory) I called it a day for the first playthrough, mostly because my PC (with high-ish specs) sounded like a plane was taking off and was nearing 80C - this stopped the second I came out of the game. Interact is frustrating (it won't do anything unless you're immediately on top of the item) and the cam is so whippy I had to manually turn down the DPI (and turn it up again for the inventory). I might go back another time to try again, some interesting ideas and plenty of room to flesh out.

The main issue with the game right now is the Frostwalker itself. Some of the issues relating to it may be due to bugs, others seem intentional. In any case, these points need to be addressed:

The Frostwalker only freezes when looking DIRECTLY at it, not to mention that there seems to be a limited range to your vision. I think if it’s on your screen, it should be frozen, similar to how they handled SCP-173 in SCP: Containment Breach.
It completely ignores snowpiles, despite the game saying that it will go out of its way to destroy them, resulting in half of shovel mode becoming completely redundant and evasion of the creature increasing in difficulty.
It can teleport even when the player is looking at it as long as the player is close enough to one of the teleportation points.
The Frostwalker sounds play from a random direction, making it impossible to pinpoint its location.

Other issues unrelated to the Frostwalker include:

Inventory items are useless.
There are no options for camera sensitivity.
The watchtower level is too dark, visually-speaking.
Mechanics for picking up and moving objects are a pain in the ass.

A final note is that the crawling creatures feel unnecessary. They seem like they were added to pad for time and give the flashlight some extra use when they really don’t need to exist and just pull focus away from the Frostwalker itself. I give this game a positive rating as it is apparently still in beta as a student project. If this were not the case, it would be a negative rating.
The overall ambience in this game is pretty exciting and creepy. Unfortunately, the jankyness of the game takes you out of the horror atmosphere. I believe with some more time, it could have been a pretty impressive horror game. But considering it is free, I can't complain too much.
I really like the graphics and the entourage of the world itself , very beautiful trees - but there is one huge minus . .. there is no blur in motion. because of this , everything else is just alien to me , I can 't play with such sharpness or buginess when turning the screen ( I 'm xs ) . it 's a pity of course that there is no Russian language , but certainly a negative assessment for blurring in motion because I just need it like in other games , a mode for left - handers , colorblind people , etc . the graphics are very similar to the game "the long dark", it's beautiful graphics and I hope the developers will add more graphic settings because I see great potential in this game. I wish you good luck in the development of your project , I will gladly change the feedback to positive when I feel that you really tried .
Seems like a fun game and the idea seems cool but it's extremely buggy and laggy for me. I had to stop playing very early because looking around was so clippy. If the game was ever fixed, I'd try it again!

bad
huh huh huh, I hear ya kid huh huh huh, good luck kid the writing is bad, the acting is bad, and it's mechanically a bit annoying, but thank goodness you ♥♥♥♥♥♥ MOVE like SONIC in this game so I was hopeful until I ran into the actual part with the monster when you're just slowing it down while looking for a key in a frozen maze.
