About
“Frontier Legends is an open-world adventure that combines survival, crafting and exploration in a Wild West setting. You arrive as a new settler on the frontier and are left to fend for yourself as you learn the ways of the West. Tend to your needs, manage resources and explore the wilderness; you just might unravel some of the land’s mysteries along the way.
Over time, you can build your own settlement, defend yourself from outlaws and bandits, form alliances, forge a reputation for good and bad and shape the path that will make you a legend. Do you have what it takes?”

Start with a small camp and grow it into a thriving frontier settlement shaped by your leadership. Recruit NPC settlers and assign daily work, farming, crafting, gathering and defense, to keep your town running. Lead well and your community thrives; neglect it and the frontier will catch up.

The frontier is unforgiving. Manage core needs and resources as you brave a harsh wilderness where the elements, wildlife and outlaws can turn a day trip into a fight for survival. Dynamic weather, day-night cycles and changing conditions require you to adapt every time you ride out.

Live your Wild West fantasy your way. Become a hunter, trader, builder, bandit, lawman or something in between. Your choices shape your reputation in the frontier.

Discover wild horses roaming the land, then tame and train them into trusted companions. Each horse has unique attributes and abilities, making them valuable allies and key for traveling, surviving and thriving in the frontier. When in danger, a good mount can be the difference between making it home or meeting the business end of a barrel.

Push beyond your settlement to explore the unknown and uncover the hidden secrets of the frontier. Take on quests, solve puzzles and hunt legendary treasures as you explore ancient ruins and forgotten camps. Every discovery can change your fate and get you closer to becoming a legend yourself.

Team up with others to trade, build and survive, or take the darker route: raid, betray and fight your way to a bigger slice of the frontier. Embark on your adventure with other players via cooperative multiplayer, participate in community events and compete in seasonal challenges to earn unique rewards and recognition.
Are you ready to become a legend in the Wild West? Forge your path, conquer the frontier and write your own story in Frontier Legends.

It's fun, simple but i like the loop and watch youtube while chilling. i played exclusively multiplayer and thought that was fun. apparently people hate this so be warned i might just have bad taste, i got off crimson desert so id say this is the distilled version very SIMPLE, literally like i said i just enjoy walking around gathering looking around and decorating some current issues * run not activating * after selecting certain items like bow cant harvest bush * the powerlines have no cables * i want better build freedom, the areas are big enough so far but i want less restrictions for placement and more decorations (and utilities if possible). Maybe a broader region to claim an area. * I think map should have a dedicated button, i use it enough that its annoying to constantly switch menu tabs. Also could menu have a 'last known tab' when you open and close/ some games do this as a toggle option * at some point my map fully zoomed out and wouldn't show names, couldn't zoom in/drag, but could ping * not enough animals/ hopefully more variety? Bandits respawn too slow, and I want more conflict in general, I also want more dangerous animals that should be hazards/more difficult (legendary animals to hunt?) *add a library to town for lore/ in game tutorials/ flavour? *stealing is inconsistent, sometimes adds 25$ bounty but bounty doesn't seem to matter, regardless my popularity in the town rises for some reason idk *town/houses too empty sparse, needs more assets/secrets like cellars *some npcs provide talk option and it does nothing * it ~feels~ like despite upgrading my characters attributes to mine better i am getting less resources, it takes less hits for sure but i get abt the same or less? More Notes cause you should listen to me * a horse racetrack. traditional oval shape or even a wild loop through the woods, imagine players racing eachother in multiplayer all you devs have to do is paintbrush brown dirt on the ground and add a stand *I want more cooperation with other players. I'm not sure what adding them as a gues to your farm does completely, let us share the load and build together
This game was less then fun, the videos I saw comparing it to RDR yeah no where close. The mechanics are trash I couldn't even get to the second mission because I couldn't talk to the person, which assuming they tested the game they woulda done more then one mission. The resource collection is trash too like punching trees and rocks to get the items like its minecraft. Overall I would say save your money and don't buy this game.
I initially had issues with the game, but once I lowered the graphic settings I was fine. So if your having lag or frame rate issues that's what I would suggest. I noticed a lot of reviews said had this issue. For a game that is in early launch 23$ is pretty expensive for a game that doesn't seem very far along. Right now I feel a little stuck not knowing what or where to build next to keep the game progressing forward. There are no instructions on where to go and who to talk to. The rifle ammo cost is extremely high as well as the weight. There are not many animals to hunt, something I hope will change in the future and I haven't come across many bandits to fight or kill. There are still a lot of bugs in the game and I find myself having to restart a lot to reset the game. That being said the game has a good concept and I still enjoyed playing. If they put some work into the game it could be really good.
Save your money and slam your face into the refrigerator door, that will be more enjoyable than wasting your time with this piece of trash. It's desperately failing at being a MMO from 2003 and I didn't think that possible in 2026. I played Star Wars Galaxies back in the day and SWG would run circles around this.
With the roadmap being released right away on day one, that gives me some hope for this game, kinda chill game
Illo mostro, no.
Review Update 5/31/2026 I wanted to add a quick update to this review after getting more time in the game. I still want to give a positive review and do still think it is worth supporting at this point but I would caution considerably if you are buying and intend to play full out right now, I would wait. There are some pretty frustrating balance issues currently with player food and water requirements that make the game hard to really enjoy as is. I am honestly surprised this kind of base level balancing was not done during testing, especially after the demo feedback at least but it is what it is. Just because something is hard and frustrating that does not equal realism and I truly hope they get that and adjust those things. Also crop watering is very frustrating as you have to water them every few minutes it seems at times so that really needs to be address ASAP. So I do still stick by my review IF you want to buy this game to support the development and I am glad I have BUT if you are buying it now with the idea that you want to go hard and play it full time right now? I would really wait for a few patches without question. Initial Review: I was going to wait to review this game for a bit longer but felt like I wanted to at least get my initial thoughts and review after 4+ hours. This game is EARLY ACCESS and there is no doubt about that nor has anyone from the developers say otherwise so everyone should know what they are getting into when they buy it. Alot of the overly negative review seem very coordinated, which is a real shame. So far I have played a couple hours singleplayer and now a couple hours in private multiplayer with a friend and have enjoyed both very much. There are some rough edges for sure and that is to be expected but this is no asset, there has been alot of thought put into how things work and it will be a very deep and enjoyable game given some love and attention. Based on conversations with the Dev in Discord they are committed to this game and its future so I am very hopeful that the foundation that is already here will be built upon and it will end up as something really special. Again this is just an initial review and I will update it as the game and my gameplay progresses. For the price of a good lunch at McDonalds for two this game is well worth it already.
I've played for 12 hours and it has a great baseline. Love the western theme and survival put together. Can't wait for more development on this game
