In an effort to squeeze more money out of the students, the President, the Jersey Devil, has rolled out a new financial aid policy: You Break It, You Buy It.
Mothman is chronically clumsy and hasn't quite gotten the hang of his wings, so this new policy spells certain doom for his post-collegiate wallet. Lucky for him, the Loch Ness Monster has hatched a plan for the ultimate heist and act of petty revenge: stealing the school mascot, the Pine Barrens Beast.
