This game is very fast paced with fun characters and a decent challenge and levels that don't outstay their welcome. You might find the game slippery, but I feel like part of its charm is with its chaotic nature. Plus, Challenge Mode is some of the most fun I've had in a platformer in a while. Honestly, a pretty underrated game.

Now THIS is a video game! I write this review hot on the heels of finishing the true ending to the game, and let me just say, what a freakin' RIDE man. The gameplay was tight, the story exceeded my expectations (even if it was a little batty near the end there), and the whole thing is a treat for the eyes. I could hardly recommend this game more, and Almy, I'll keep an eye out for your future work. You impressed me, and I'm looking forward to being impressed again.

Esse jogo me surpreendeu pra caramba! No começo eu só acabei comprando por ter achado esse jogo por acidente e por gostar de jogos de plataforma, eu decidi dar uma chance e rapais...esse jogo entregou muito mais do que eu poderia esperar, tendo uma trama que começa bobinha mas de desenvolve de uma maneira extremamente absurda e divertida (não vou entrar em detalhes para não dar spoiler). a gameplay do jogo é muito boa, muito devido a ter QUATRO personagens jogáveis, cada um com seu estilo própio de movimentação (Drinn my beloved). as fases de veiculo foram as piores para mim, mas elas são bem poucas e servem mais para variar a jogatina. Super recomendo pra quem ta afim dum ótimo plataformer e de uma história shonen que só fica mais absurda a cada capitulo. Porem tenha em mente que esse jogo só esta dísponivel em inglês, então caso você não entenda vai perder muito da graça do jogo. Nunca te esqueceremos Mindstein.

A surprisingly content dense game with an interesting narrative all the way through. The gameplay manages to strike a fine balance between high speed platforming and semi-involved combat that allows the varied character skills enough situations to shine rather than pure speed dominating like it would in most platformers.

This games an experience worth having. Its honestly a great time and well made too. you'll get more than your moneys worth with the heart put into it, the story and its interestingly made platforming mechanics. if i have a suggestion for someone going in blind go for those challenges and complete 20 in each world. you'll be rewarded with more than just change to get items.

Excellent action focused platformer with an earnest story and lots of replayability

I wish steam reviews had a neutral rating, because I don't think that the game is all that bad, it's just [i]really[/i] not my thing. The game's controls feel way too floaty and it feels like The Cat With The Att over here doesn't go where the player wants him to. Or this might just be my skill issue, idk. Coupled with how the character gifs feel too janky and how on the map screen arrows drag your character along the lines rather than conveniently snap them to a new level, it seems like more focus was put here on the story, character interactions and cutscenes animated by dragging sprites around. And while the latter are cool by default from a technical perspective, I'd like to highlight just what kind of "Y2K mascot attitude" you should expect from this game in the year 2023: [list] [*]The blue reindeer, who's supposed to be "the vegan one" ([url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CSAJuxYS5fE]off to a great start[/url]), drops the act by bestiary entry [i]two[/i], [spoiler]with bird bone marrow being her weakness.[/spoiler] [*]The bestiary is called the Freakopedia. [*]If you didn't look at the game's Steam page, Frebb's partner is a redneck possum who's name and mouth are also Looney Tunes references, and you don't even seem to get to play as her! Might even stumble on some cool fanart too ;) Also unrelated notes and wishes for the main menu: [list] [*]The main menu has all the playable characters playing various animations depending on what option you choose, and I wish they'd appear the [i]as you unlocked them[/i], could give the game a sense of progress. [*]In the bestiary each enemy gets a whole 4 entries as each of the playable characters has something unique to say about them. I wish they'd be unlocked by encountering enemies as those characters, could be a cool incentive to replay the game. [/list]
