As per all OOTP Development products, seriously addictive. Their attention to detail is second to none. Whilst it doesn't quite stack up with OOTP re involvement, it's still the best Ice Hockey Management game out there
It is super fun and in depth. Would recommend
хороший симулулятор,но минус то что вылетает иногда

Awesome game
The game is an excellent simulation of hockey. This game allowed me to simulate my hometown team. The only problem with the game is a few bugs in it which has not been squashed at the time of this review.
The game is quite good and interesting. Of course there is a certain number of bugs. For example, when time runs out in a period and there should have been a relegation , the match can't be continued any further , only simulated. I also don't understand the bug with the distribution of commands in the SOFTWARE. Why, if I am on the 1st place, then I go to the 7th team, and not to the 8th, as it should be. Also with other pairs, it is not clear on what principle they are divided.
I think that this is the first game in FHM-series that is actually better than Eastside Hockey Manager. I really like the new tactic-system and historical mode is just pure awesomeness. I highly recommend this game if you're a hockey or/and sport management sim fan.
This is the 100 hour review and I give FHM5 thumbs up. I recommend this game. And in the time it took me to get to 100 hours, FHM6 has released and I may or may not get to that version any time soon, as I am still moving on in FHM5. This is a great game. This is what I did. It was my first time getting into an FHM game and I didn’t want to jump right into the NHL, so I found a lower level league that I could learn the basics with. I chose the Western Hockey League. It has some fixed rules like age level. Only 16-20 year-olds here. Once they reach 20, it becomes their last year. Except for an ‘overage’ stipulation that you are allowed to have, I think up to 3 players. I accidently found my calling. It was running a team in the WHL. A fantastic challenge with ups and downs, and, as I learned how to trade, build, hire, fire, scout, promote, demote and draft, with each successful result, like making the playoffs, building a winning team, and starting over, when I had to, after my 20 year-olds moved on. I am in my 9th season in the WHL, I finally won the WHL cup in the 7th season, and it’s a great, rewarding feeling. The number of leagues and players in FHM5 is limitless. It’s a global hockey sim. I set my team up so I could manage the roster, being able to scratch and dress my players, I handled all drafts, all trades and set my tactics too. It’s all there, and it is pretty much straight forward to figure out. Simulating a day or week could go a little faster, but I figure there is a lot going on daily, since it’s simulating global leagues. My next personal goal is to get a job in the NHL since I have now have the experience. Bottom line: a great hockey sim.
Great game. Have been playing here and there since FHM3. Very in depth. Very solid. Has flaws but what doesnt?
Addicting, pretty in depth. Love the mechanics of the game, Only downside is the length of time it takes to simulate through the offseason
