Framed Wings

I think it's a fun JRPG, it's impressive for a single-person effort. Has a good amount of content and interesting minigames / quirks, and doesn't take too long to complete. I had a few technical issues but the game's in a finishable state.

I loved this game and had so much fun playing it. It took me 28 hours, but I missed two of the achievements so perhaps the game would have been 30 hours long if I'd completed those. Faust, the active hero, fights hand-to-hand with enemies, unlike the usual turn-based RPGs. This is a refreshing and challenging change. There are many different enemies and you can use different strategies to defeat them. Crafting of potions and equipment is also a feature, and I collected many items useful for crafting which were never used. I did craft a couple of powerful swords and lots of HP/MP potions. There are lots of varied puzzles, some very simple and others quite complicated. The graphics are gorgeous and the special effects are professionally done. The only thing I didn't like was an impossible race against time through a maze. But the developer was kind enough to show me a way through. In fact the developer has been involved and helpful throughout, which is great. I feel that there are a few loose ends which could possibly lead to a sequel. I hope so!

I don't have much time in but game is ok. Have enjoyed the quests so far and the battles are fun and easy, so far. Recommended time waster, but not sure it satisfies a Zelda thirst. Worth $4.

I am not one to play these kind of games, yet I had a really fun time playing this. The story, the enemies, the quests and even the small easter eggs scattered through the game make it very entertaining and shows the love and dedication that Kodama Games put into it. This game gave me warm and nostalgic feelings while going through it, specially with the calm music during the forest areas. Regardless even if this is my first time playing a game this style, I would totally recommend it to friends and hope they enjoy it as much as I did as it holds a special place in me. Hopefully I get to see more of Kodama Games in the future ;)
