fun game ,I’ve reached my fifth playthrough. I thought I would collect enough diamonds to unlock all the talents, but then I realized the dart shops kept getting more and more expensive. Requirement for clearing stages has also reached 100B... so I give up on that plan for now.
good game but it broke and I cant upgrade and I'm stuck at level 65387
Simple game that does what it promises: incremental progression - the kind that is easy to get into, harder to put down. It provides the "number go up" experience in various flavors: Some involve skill and timing where you get to prove you are a real gamer, while other sections are more laid back and luck dependent, where you just grind through the upgrades and enjoy the ride. The deeper you go, the more there is to do, track and manage. For such a simple game, there is plenty of macro and micro management in it, and if you want to do it fast, it will involve some motor skills here and there. The flow of the game is quirky. In short, it stitches together various minigames that you get to improve more and more as you progress. They are intertwined, so there is plenty of incentive to go back and forth. The game is designed with this back and forth in mind, as there are various "meta" upgrades that affect different sections. Later sections introduce various repeated events that you have to wait out - so while those run in the background, you can manage something else. Apart from that, it is quite snappy. It is very much for zoomer brains, because there is way more happening than manageable after a while. The game definitely has a charm and identity, in a setting I would title as "gambling in a pub basement". The pixel art is sound, seemingly lots of care went into it. Although I must say, I personally dislike it when games mix together different resolutions of pixel art sprites. It results in a strong unpolished feel. On the topic of unpolished, there are some minor details that could be improved, but nothing major. The game works well overall, and I only had one instance where I had to reload because something got stuck. The game has replayability value, thanks to its new game+ system, which introduces busted upgrades at the cost of getting higher upgrade cost scaling + higher marks to hit before you can progress. Definitely extends the fun of it, but it does get stale. Overall, I had 2 days of fun with it and I enjoyed it. 6.5/10.
