First, the bad: 1. There's no saving (just chapter select, so if you don't finish a chapter, you have to replay the WHOLE thing, mini-games and all). 2. There's next to no options (volume, full screen toggle, etc). 3. The game starts in what I assume is Russian; took me a few tries to find the options. 4. The music is very basic and just on a loop, with some lewd moans here and there. 5. The choices in the VN parts don't really mean anything as far as the game is concerned (at least, nothing I could tell; I played through one part twice, picking opposite choices each run, and got the same results) Other than those kind of glaring bits, the rest of the game is decent for what it is. And there's NO AI (at least, not that I can tell). Plus, the animated scenes and the women look decently hot and worth it. I got it on sale, and suggest you do the same. Worth $1, easy.

I cannot recommend this game. The gameplay is very repetitive and the minigames seem to be made to take a lot of time on purpose (most likely to stop people who finish the game from refunding due to the game actually being shorter than 2 hours). If you want to get a 100% in this game, then the last achievement of playing 15 free card games is actually playing 45 since in the free play mode there are 3 rounds in 1 "play". Just a waste of time.
