Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 22 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I have to give props where it's due. Putting head bobbing into a third-person shooter without an option to turn it off? That’s not just bold, it’s visionary. Why settle for one nausea-inducing experience when you can stack it on top of another? The style is really cool though.
TLDR: Foreclosed, on its best day; is a visually decadent game that has no other particularly discernable strengths in any other department.
Was really intrigued, but was unfortunately pretty disappointed. It's harmless, it didn't kill my family or anything, it's not the worst thing I've ever played. It shouldn't be understated; the presentation is wonderful. The in-game paneling and comic book influence on the aesthetic is absolutely fantastic. I just wish everything else were as polished as its presentation. The game sounds better in its description than how it actually plays, though: This is a "Narrative-driven action adventure game," where: The narrative comes and goes on a whim, has nothing interesting to say, and is totally & tonally oblivious in how to tell said story, writes characters in and out at the drop of a hat (without fleshing them out,) all while having the thematic subtlety of a jackhammer. This game has an inept fascination with saying everything you *should* be thinking by looking directly at the camera and telling you so. The action? Passable, but there's no feedback in the gunplay, enemies are sponge-y, abilities are both woefully limited in scope and hilariously busted, either in that they trivialize combat scenarios, or they are actively a detriment to the gameplay entirely. Between being a mechanically flaccid third-person shooter, and being wonderfully notable for being completely facile in its storytelling, Foreclosed is a textbook example of having all the style, with none of the substance.

Is this game worth $17? Hell nah. But if you get it for, say, $3, it can be worth it, and you can have a good time if you can learn to deal with its various annoyances. Chief annoyance is the controls, which you cannot remap. Who thought it was a good idea to place them all over the keyboard is beyond me - there's the usual WASD for movement, E for interaction, C for crouch, ALT to roll-dodge, space/shift/1-4 for powers stuffs, and the mouse to aim and fire. So far so decent. But then there's the arrow keys for hacking, and backspace for "back/cancel", and the mouse doesn't work in the menus... No one playtested this and said "hey, maybe this doesn't make sense?" Then there's the powers you can purchase with skill points, of which probably half are completely useless. Especially the passive gun powers where the ONLY useful one is armor piercing (which does a crap job, still requiring 3+ headshots against a helmet but better than nothing), and a merely useless one for energy barrier piercing which still requires you to dump like a dozen or more shots to shatter a barrier but at least it doesn't make things WORSE for you like the other 4 gun powers. Telekinetic bullets mean you never land a headshot. Autofire means you never land more than the first shot. Explosive bullets mean maybe 15% more damage but you have to fire 4x slower if you want the subsequent shots to land. Again, obviously not playtested. The activatable powers are better, and I actually ended up using them, but some are still vastly superior to others. Why would you want an ability to stun unarmored foes when it's the armored foes who are the real danger? A relatively minor annoyance is that you can equip up to 4 activatable and 3 passive gun abilities at once, and the game will forget what you had equipped when you relaunch it after exiting. Something that might be a bigger dealbreaker to people is the checkpoints. There's no manual saves, and if you die you reset to the last checkpoint with every bit of progress since you'd activated it being wiped. Most of the time it's not a huge deal, but in a few cases the checkpoints were annoyingly far apart, including in one level of stealth sections, and you can't skip previously seen dialog. Finally, the game has virtually no graphics options besides resolution & vsync, and it is in HEAVY need of some anti-aliasing. I ended up just running it in 4xDSR (4k on my 1080p monitor) so the supersampling would smooth out the worst of the jaggies. So, given all of the above, why am I recommending FORECLOSED? Simple - because I had fun playing it. Once you get past the annoyances the gameplay is fine, if nothing special, the story is good, and the presentation just oozes style. The game's also short enough to not outstay its welcome, which helps a lot here. Assuming you got it for cheap (I personally traded a key I got from a Fanatical Mystery pack for this one, probably to someone who also got it from such a pack.)
Foreclosed's gameplay is a set of outdated and simple designs. Funnily enough, it reminds me of God of War. Basically there's style, working gameplay mechanics and a decent plot to keep you playing. You'll find nothing of epic proportions, but you'll find a shooter which does its job with enough challenge to keep you more or less on your toes, especially if you use a controller for an increase in difficulty. The puzzles are fun as well. It could've got too repetitive if it was longer. Yet my playthrough was quite enjoyable all throughout after the first 10 minutes.
Mi primer juego en Steam Deck y este juego le sienta muy bien, buena experiencia de unas 5 horas. Un estilo comic muy acertado, intersante en historia y jugabilidad.
A short game but very enjoyable. Loved the theme and comic like style. It's like a short version of Cyberpunk 2077.
