Warning: Asset Flip!
Fog Racing Circuit is an asset flip, what Valve calls a "fake game". The "developer", ImperiumGame/Gales Corp (back after being banned with all new fake accounts, asset flips and paid reviews), took the Pro Car Racing 2 game assets from the real developers, MilySource, changed the name, and dumped the result onto Steam. They're attempting to scam people into buying this, so they can get your money for someone else's work. Enoops/Gales Corp. has shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab. Here's some examples so you can see for yourself:

"Mighty Vikings" = Polygon Vikings Pack developed by Synty Games
"Lovely Kitchen" = Advanced Planet Platformer developed by NicolaiGD
"Defense Your Organism" = Tower Defense Example developed by Mfzz99
"Bird" = Sky Flight Full Game Template developed by Puppeteer
"Fruit Basket" = Advanced Planet Platformer developed by NicolaiGD
"Little Adventure 2" = AB1 - Fantasy Platformer bundle developed by Yoyogames
"World of Feudal" = Tayphyn developed by Bocharov Anton
"Fast Wings" = Sky Flight Full Game Template developed by Puppeteer
"Mad Bus" = ZigZag Infinite Runner Game developed by Puppeteer
"Book of Shadows" = Polygon Western - Low Poly 3D Art Pack developed by Synty Studios
"Robots - Invaders" = FPS Microgame developed by Unity Technologies
"Relax Fly" = Sky Flight Full Game Template developed by Puppeteer
"Deadly Threat" = POLYGON Dungeons - Low Poly 3D Art by Synty developed by Synty Studios
"Traffic Racing" = Traffic Racing complete kit developed by Codeer Studio
"City Things" = Polygon City Low Poly 3D Art developed by Synty Studios
"Dangerous Planet" = Advanced Planet Platformer developed by NicolaiGD
Note: Some of these games may have been banned already as Valve continues to take action against Russian asset flippers abusing Steam. The products that result from asset flips aren't "real" games. They lack depth and content, because they're just simplistic copies of demos or tutorials. In this case, "Pro Car Racing 2" is just an asset pack with a demo mobile app racing game, and doesn't have any merit as a proper, fully fledged PC game, so this copy+paste of it can't be recommended. Asset flips don't involve any professional game development. Sure, sometimes they may change a few cosmetic things, swap out different assets etc, but at heart it's functionally identical to the asset they're ripping off. Asset flips like this are harmful to the gaming industry and to Steam because they reduce the visibility that sincerely made indie games should have, and make it harder for gamers to find real games from genuine developers.
Warning: Review Manipulation! This game features a number of fake positive reviews from accounts known to be in the business of review manipulation/paid reviews. They're all written in either Russian or broken English, appear at almost exactly the same time, very shortly after the game launched on Steam, all have a direct Steam purchase of the game, and the accounts are used consistently to write fake reviews for asset flips and other cash grabs/scams. The "Positive" review score on this game should be disregarded due to this blatant, unethical review manipulation. This is done to deceive and scam gamers into paying for a bad product. Due to the 2024 FTC ruling (16 CFR Part 465), these fake reviews are a violation of US Federal Law.
Don't reward this morally bankrupt, unethical behaviour from Gales Corp/ImperiumGame/Squadroni Cacciatori. Fog Racing Circuit has the completely insane price of $50 USD, which is incredibly suspicious, higher than AAA pricing for an asset flip shovelware scam game. Why would the "developer" put such a high price tag on an asset flip with no true value as a game? There's no direct proof for this, but it's entirely possible this game is priced this way for money laundering or other criminal purposes. Higher prices allow more money to move with fewer transactions. Valve have previously banned developers for running money laundering scams. While there's no direct evidence in this case, it's highly suspicious and gamers should be wary. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend.
Profile Features Limited! Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.
There are games that push nostalgia. One of them is Old School Rally, which is awesome, even though I don't own it yet. Yet. Anyway. Why can't indie developers do the same? They're just churning out a bunch of crap. And out of who knows what. Hoping to get something like Old School Rally, I got excrement.
Tão bom quanto um pc full mancer
Простой и увлекательный игровой процесс, стоит только немного переусердствовать и сразу же уйдешь в занос, жаль, что разнообразие автомобилей невелико, но я надеюсь, что разработчик добавит еще
EXTREMAMENTE SURPREENDENTE! Desafiante e inovador, oferece muito mais do que aparenta e com certeza eu recompraria se tivesse a oportunidade, jamais vi um jogo dessa maneira ser tão bom, divertido e marcante, super recomendo, você não ira se arrepender dessa aquisição !
Fog Racing Circuit, developed and published by ZERO5GAMES, is a tightly focused indie racing title that builds its entire identity around one deceptively simple idea: racing at high speed while barely being able to see what’s ahead. Instead of leaning on flashy presentation, licensed cars, or complex simulation systems, the game strips racing down to its most nerve-wracking fundamentals and then amplifies the tension through oppressive environmental conditions. From the very first race, it becomes clear that success in Fog Racing Circuit is not just about speed, but about restraint, anticipation, and learning to trust instinct when information is scarce. The defining feature of the experience is, of course, the fog itself. Visibility is severely limited, forcing players to react to corners, obstacles, and track boundaries almost as they appear. This fundamentally alters how races are approached. Memorization, rhythm, and confidence gradually replace traditional visual cues, creating a learning curve that feels psychological as much as mechanical. Driving too aggressively often results in sudden crashes, while driving too cautiously sacrifices precious time, pushing players into a constant internal negotiation between risk and control. The fog is not merely a visual effect; it is the game’s primary opponent, shaping every decision made behind the wheel. Gameplay modes are deliberately straightforward, offering Single Race, Free Play, and a Championship mode that strings multiple tracks together into a structured progression. The Championship mode serves as the game’s backbone, steadily escalating difficulty by introducing more complex track layouts and tighter margins for error. Each race becomes a test of consistency rather than pure dominance, rewarding players who can maintain composure across multiple events. While the overall number of tracks is modest, each one is designed to feel distinct through layout and pacing, ensuring that familiarity never fully eliminates tension. Vehicle handling is accessible yet purposeful. Cars respond smoothly to steering, acceleration, and braking, but the limited visibility punishes overcorrection and erratic inputs. Mastery comes from smooth, deliberate driving, where small adjustments matter more than aggressive maneuvers. The handling model may not appeal to hardcore simulation purists, but it suits the game’s design philosophy well, emphasizing clarity and responsiveness over complexity. This balance makes the game approachable for newcomers while still offering a meaningful skill ceiling for those willing to learn track behavior through repeated attempts. Visually, Fog Racing Circuit embraces a minimalist aesthetic that supports its core mechanic rather than competing with it. Track environments are functional and readable, offering just enough visual information to orient the player without undermining the fog’s oppressive presence. The fog itself is convincingly implemented, consistently shaping depth perception and making even familiar stretches feel unpredictable. While the graphics are clearly modest by modern standards, they serve the gameplay effectively and keep performance stable across a wide range of hardware. Sound design plays an understated but important role. Engine noise, tire feedback, and subtle environmental audio cues provide critical information that the eyes cannot. Listening becomes part of the skill set, helping players gauge speed, traction, and timing when visual references are unreliable. The audio landscape reinforces immersion, allowing players to feel connected to the car even when the road ahead remains hidden. One of the game’s strengths is how clearly it understands its scope. Fog Racing Circuit does not attempt to offer extensive customization systems, large vehicle rosters, or cinematic spectacle. Instead, it delivers a compact experience built around tension and replayability. This focus ensures that sessions remain engaging, particularly in short bursts, though players seeking long-term progression systems or broad content variety may find the offering limited over time. Despite its simplicity, the game leaves a strong impression because of how effectively it transforms a single constraint into a defining feature. The fog forces players to rethink how they race, making even familiar genre mechanics feel fresh and unsettling. Mistakes feel personal, victories feel earned, and improvement comes from genuine adaptation rather than numerical upgrades. Ultimately, Fog Racing Circuit succeeds as an example of how indie racing games can stand out through concept rather than scale. It is a tense, atmospheric experience that prioritizes focus, discipline, and nerve over raw speed. For players looking for a racing game that challenges perception and decision-making rather than just reflexes, it offers a memorable and surprisingly gripping ride—proof that sometimes, the most effective way forward is learning how to drive when you can barely see the road ahead.
