Nice FREE game for testing out flight controllers like hotas stuff and just chilling. Theres also a timed race trail but I have not played that just yet. The terrain is infinite and procedurally generated so you can just keep on flying. :D
I really wanted to like this game. I love flight game, space settings, and the aesthetic is great. But the controls are terrible. The default controls are unlike anything I've played before and make it very difficult to do basic maneuvers. The settings menu is bloated and convoluted, it took me almost half an hour to figure out how to get the ships steering bound to the mouse instead of keyboard. And while that did help it still wasn't enough to make the game fun. There are so many strange choices for controls and binding in this game. And it is very frustrating when you can replay a level exactly the same way and somehow get times less than you previous attempts. The controls suck, and the ships maneuverability makes trying to play this games time trails, which are the only thing worth doing, an infuriating experience. There is a campaign option which cannot be played, and the multiplayer mode is dead. Overall: 0/10 My total hours of play: 1.6

Fly Dangerous is an interesting early access game, though the core concept flying through rings is familiar from other racing titles. That said, the game offers plenty of levels with unique challenges, and I’m curious to see what the developer adds next. If you have some free time, it’s definitely worth giving a try.
Arena Commander needs a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ leaderboard. Until then, this is great practice!
Very Good!
wonderfull ! i come from elite dangerous and its a great start of a game but please we need STRAFING !!! not tons of ways on how to turn the ship on the usual 3 axis (if you use a joystick) .... strafing is very important ! please implement that !!
fumbled around with the controllers on a stadia controller crashed a bunch of time but it was really fun regardless will definitely be playing in vr at a later date solid 9/10 and i've barely played not 10 cause it takes a while to sync with leaderboard and the default controller bindings are a little bit confusing at first having one of the joysticks just not be inverted main thing is the leaderboard i'm just a bit slow
If you enjoy canyon running on Elite Dangerous or boosting over planets on No Man's Sky, you'll like this and is definitely worth the download, especially as it's free. The levels introduce you to the mechanics and physics of flying (VERY much similar to that of E:D) and walks you through maintaining momentum, drifting and timing your boosts to optimally turn sharp corners. My only reservation is the default keybinds are pretty bad, and I think that's why a lot of negative reviews from new players are dropped here. If you can work past it and rebind to more familiar settings, you'll find the levels actually quite addicting and thinking 'just one more try'. The levels are fair, too. Some are a little tricky to tell where to go, but taking a step back or even dedicating an attempt to carefully following where to go will help. The game doesn't award you unnecessarily either, so if you want a gold medal, you'll need to work for it! 9/10 - Not perfect (this is early access still) but fun and addicting regardless
Doesn't control well on anything other than mouse/keyboard, which isn't even good for flight games. Try something else
Very fun game that takes the elite dangerous flight model and gives us a way to do time trials! Excellent controller mapping and physics
