But when the Queen needs him again, his quiet days end. The narrative follows his return to the field, rekindling relationships and forging new ones while discovering the secrets behind a crumbling kingdom. While the premise is strong, many story arcs feel unfinished or underdeveloped—some relationships are introduced and then fade out abruptly without proper closure.

Gameplay:

🎮 Card Combat & Skippable Battles: Combat lacks challenge and strategic depth. However, repeated backtracking and ingredient farming without fast travel can feel tedious. 🧭 Side Quests & Crafting: Ingredient collection and one-use item crafting can bug out—resources sometimes vanish. Quests lack variation and sometimes break immersion with odd logic or shallow outcomes. 📸 Collectible Photos: Each girl rewards you with nudes through the communicator, a nice touch—though unlocking them involves repetitive fetch quests. 🧑🍳 Cooking & Alchemy: Despite being thematically central, cooking lacks a minigame or depth, which feels like a missed opportunity.

[th]📖Story and Depth:[/th]

The game introduces themes of loss, recovery, and unspoken bonds, but these threads are often brushed aside too quickly. Dialogue sometimes skips over emotional beats, and key events occur "off-screen" or with minimal build-up. Character motivations, such as why certain areas are “dangerous,” often go unsupported by gameplay. The protagonist’s arc is serviceable, but deeper emotional resonance is undercut by pacing and brevity.

[th]🏆Verdict:[/th]

"Flavors of Desires" is a short erotic RPG focused on gathering, exploration, and animated sex scenes. The game's main appeal lies in its art direction, explicit H-scenes with adjustable options, and easy-to-use interface. Most actions are mouse-controlled, and the story is easy to follow without complex mechanics or difficulty spikes. Despite the appealing presentation, the gameplay systems are underdeveloped. Combat lacks strategy, crafting can be buggy, and quests often rely on repetitive fetch tasks without fast travel. Dialogue is often too short to establish strong character arcs, and several story events occur without context or resolution. Many relationships feel introduced but not explored, and the final portion of the game leaves several threads unresolved. For players primarily interested in the erotic content and light RPG elements, the game delivers a visually polished but shallow experience. It is not designed for replayability or long-term engagement, and no content updates are planned beyond bug fixes. It’s best treated as a short adult game with good animation and presentation, but limited gameplay depth.

[th]✅Good:[/th]

👍 Strong art direction and well-animated adult scenes. 👍 Smooth performance even on older PCs. 👍 Includes a variety of unique female characters with distinct designs, body types, and personality tropes. 👍 One-handed controls and skippable battles for relaxed play. 👍 Some standout characters and funny dialogue moments. 👍 Bonus features like collectible nudes and message-based rewards add replay incentive.

[th]🛠️Ways of Improvement:[/th]

👎 Storyline feels incomplete, with weak transitions, minimal dialogue, and abandoned narrative threads. 👎 Combat is overly simplistic, crafting is buggy, and most shops serve no real purpose. 👎 Repetitive fetch quests and lack of fast travel lead to tedious backtracking. 👎 No cooking minigame despite narrative focus on food, and absence of voice acting weakens immersion. 👎 Several scenes and quest resolutions occur off-screen or without buildup, limiting emotional impact.

Try the demo first and go from there. It's just the same sort of thing, nothing noticeable changes. They got the scenic shots like it's mario kart in here. It's also an ok time killer where you get to do a bunch of quests and collect stuff. 6/10 If you are going to get it, get it for the art. DO NOT buy or review under the impression that there will be content updates. It has already been stated by the creator that they only make adjustments for bugs or glitches when it comes to their games. Don't give the impression to others that they are paying for something that isn't a final product. They all have animation and a climax. Some could use more movement and liquid. Isn't really unique and I assume it's not much different to the previous games by developer. Also how is there such an intense focus on food yet it doesn't even get a minigame at least? Overall I actually like it believe it or not, but to be honest I'm extremely braindead. On the fence for this one so I'll leave it at recommended for now under the impression that people will read reviews. I try to leave new games positive. Collecting stuff is ok. You have to buy certain items from the stores. The battles are too easy but at least you can skip them. Though my point is that a lot of the shops and battles might as well not exist. For a game focused on story there are way too many elements that take you out of immersion. And the characters have no personality. There is some pre-established relationships with characters. But those are brushed over and could've used more dialogue. There's some points where there is actual story happening but it's towards the end and always gets cut off early. It does feel like there's gaps of knowledge between characters that are filled "behind the scenes" at times. The impact of anything is also lessened when dialogue is short and things happen very fast with no hurdles to overcome between them. And just in general the story is super incomplete. It picks up in the last half of the game and then just goes nowhere. There's no way for you to really care or get invested at all in what is going on. At least in my opinion. This game could've been made without a 3d environment. Nothing was executed in a way that convinces me that extra effort on those aspects was worth it. Also it's a bit annoying how characters are constantly saying "oh we are too weak" and etc. Yet there's no events or dialogue that really convince you of this fact. It's not helped by the fact the enemies are really easy to beat in every area. You also don't get any indication that the characters are clumsy or forgetful when they get "stolen from". they immediately think they got stolen from which make no sense from their perspectives. - Great settings for graphics and etc. It allows it to run really well even for my old hardware. - It feels like a good base for a game. - ok time killer. ISSUES - The fishing minigame sometimes glitches (I assume it's not intentional) as the fish will teleport across the screen. I play with minimum settings so not sure if it's that. It's kind of funny and I like it though. - I think it's an FOV glitch and I'm not sure exactly what triggers it. The screen just flickers back and forth between close and far or something and it's tiring to look at. Maybe something with camera position but it doesn't really make any sense to me. - Crafting single use items for some reason sometimes uses up all your resources. It says it only uses 1 of each and then suddenly I have none. Flaming powder and Flintlock do it consistently. I lost all of my resources and only got 1 of the item. Critiques - Running around for specific ingredients can get kind of tedious. It takes quite a while to get places. And then some quests require you to go back and forth without any sort of fast travel. - No sound design besides ambience (technically quality of life thing but still). The ambience is obnoxious and often jarring. In the forest it's just constant noise. In Umber valley it is silence and then suddenly loud when you get to the farm. The beach is ok. - All the typically docile animals in this game that just act agressive. I don't feel like it'd be that hard to just code them to do the inverse of running towards you. At that point they are forced to fight. I'm not a coder but I'm just saying. - Combat is way too easy. The fact a skip button exists shows how boring and pointless it is. You can practically beat every area with the base cards which also gives you no reason to make temporary cards or upgrade. Those things might as well not exist. Again another reason I roll my eyes when the characters go "ohhh noooeee it's teew dangewous to go into deis areas because there are scawy monsters ahhh". You walk into a forest for a few seconds and suddenly "you are lost". It is a bright day but everyone is worried because it's "getting late". You are forced to have someone else help you out of there because "you are lost". At the very least you could've had some sort of buildup to that point or created an area that locks you in there. The characters get "stolen from" but they were just misremembering. They have no traits to make you think they'd be clumsy enough to forget they don't take their pan outside to go places. Serina "I need some time alone", continues to be in your party and you still play as her technically.
"Flavors of Desires" is a unique blend of genres that form an adult adventure! You've got parts of exploration, VN, managment, RPG, turn based combat and more! Going back and forth from 2D to 3D is a nice break in pace and it keeps things fresh. Its strongest points are the sex scenes which are animated and with a variety in options as you view them, yes you get to have some control over this (!), and the dialogues which will brighten up your day or night! It's similar, yet an improvement over "Slave Harem". While the story isn't something very deep, it's quite entertaining since every character has a well made personality, is colorful and some very cool quotes! It's mostly a way to justify meeting all those people and get you to the interesting parts which are the mini games and, of course, the sex scenes! This game will lift your spirits, and not only that ^^ The music plays a big part in this too and while the soundtrack isn't huge, it makes a difference. Although I do personally prefer the 2D parts, I found the 3D parts very uplifting and watching the girl wondering around made me smile. Overall, it's a very good attempt from a single developer. From what I've seen the developer works on issues if something gets reported. I definitely recommend it from the fun and sexy parts, the dialogue and the minigames! From cooking to fishing, to battling (or.. skipping that) you're buying yourself a couple of hours of carefree and happy gaming with no frustration! You'll only.. relief yourself! ^^ So? Do you have the courage to start adventuring once again at the commands of the queen?.. What path will you choose?.. A vibrant world awaits you filled with beauties, exploration and spicy adventures! Be brave! ^^ For more reviews, follow my curator https://store.steampowered.com/curator/44864435-Mewesome-Reviews/
A little off putting with the 3D Models of the Characters, Town and Animals during the open world. However, keeps your attention with the cute 2D cast of characters while you run back and forth for ingredients during each quest.
This will be one of the first steam reviews for this game and its based on just over an hour of gameplay. These games tend to be pretty short, I see this one being done in just a few hours. Regardless of that it is a pretty fun game. There are puzzle games on steam that cost 2 dollars for like a single slide puzzle and this game has a bunch packaged in. There is also a small open world to explore and the scenes are pretty well animated. For one person its a pretty good project and the pricing is not wrong at all. My only complaint is the camera but ts not something that will prevent me from having fun here. Keep these rolling, looking forward to future releases and what you improve or change about your style!
The animation good, but quite static. The animation of the face is also good, but it needs to be improved so that there are more emotions. In some scenes, the characters are not very mobile. It's great that you can change the animation speed in this game and that you don't have to constantly skip text in animated sex scenes. It's great that you can continue the scene after clicking the "finish" button, which is a separate advantage of this game. A very important advantage of the game is that there are a lot of girls in it, and this will make you very happy. No moaning, how can there be sex scenes without moaning? The gameplay is very enjoyable, and if you don't want to get involved in fights, you can skip them and enjoy the plot and sex scenes. A separate big disadvantage of the game is the lack of Russian, it's a pity that the games you like are not available in your language.:(I hope the Russian language will appear in the future :)
Has a feeling of the old Neptunia games where it was basically a loop of explore a field, beat monsters, grab loot, then come back to town for a cut scene. This one's more ero though. :) Gameplay loop is simple but fun.
This game was definitely fun for NSFW game: 1. The game play is ok. 2. The music is acceptable. 3. Characters are ok. 4. The graphics are ok minus the beach area it's to bright. 5. The NSFW content ok +. The only things that are really holding this game back are: 1. the lack of sound effects during the NSFW moments with the the girls. 2. The game settings. If there was a way to turn down the brightness, the beach area would be easier to w play in granted, it is a little easier. If you use the girl with the darker skin to run around, but you really have to focus on her.And not the area itself, it's mostly the sand that is too bright it hurts the eyes. I recommend this game if you like NSFW anime/hentai and visual novels RPG's. Definitely excited for the next game hopefully there's going to be one😁👍
