its a pretty fun game, ive had a blast for the time ive been playing it so i would recommend it as 2 pounds is nothing

Like flappy birds but with rings. Be careful to not destroy your ring with the car though. Currently above the creators rank on the leaderboards. He likes to destroy his ring a lot though. $2 absolute bargain
Insanely Frustrating And Rigged.
It took me 10 minutes to get 3rd place on the leaderboard for Easy difficulty. Ouch! Also, does all 20 something percent of people that have the 15 mph and 20 mph just happen to be better than me, or are they using a SAM? I've considered using it for games such as Garden Warfare 2 just because there are 7 trophies that were literally never possible (last possible in 2021, version added to steam in 2023-2024ish). Either way, nobody has actually done well enough to be going 15 mph or 20 mph. Anyways, this game is very simple and very "fun". When I say fun, I mean playable and addictive. I spent a long time trying to get my name up there. I doubt many more people will try getting a score over 400 for Easy. Even though it may be easy, it still takes its toll. 6/10. VERY simple (and just a knock-off). Playable. Small fan-base? Unachievable trophies (sad)
"Flappy Octane" is an unabashed, lazy ripoff of Flappy Bird (2013 Copyright now held by the Flappy Bird Foundation Group). Many lazy "amateur" developers don't pay attention to their obligations under copyright law, and often steal the ideas of actual, real game developers without credit, such as the "developer" here has done. Putting aside the unethical intellectual, creative and moral bankruptcy of stealing someone else's game concept, this is also breaking that unwritten law of stealing other people's game ideas... you should at least try to do better than the game you're ripping off. "Flappy Octane" is considerably worse than Flappy Bird. The game is really simple and unambitious in terms of implementation, more of a tech demo or one of those cases where an amateur developer spends $100 to publish something on Steam Direct to see if it's possible. Yes, obviously it's possible. A proof of concept, tech demo, or something that's less than a little blip on the radar isn't offering anything truly valuable to gamers. The game features really lacklustre 2D visuals (does the developer not know 3D graphics became mainstream in the mid-1990s?). Gamers don't spend thousands of dollars on gaming rigs and the latest 3D graphics cards to play 2D games. Even mobile phones and game consoles can do 3D graphics now. There's no excuse. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. There's no initial download price, but the developer was charging $1 USD for this. Price barriers, especially on low quality products, can be a direct cause of failure. It seems like a nice gesture for the game to have no up-front cost anymore, but it also tells us that the game wasn't good enough to succeed as a paid product. This is also a bit of a slap in the face to anyone who showed enough questionable judgement to pay money for this... nobody got refunded. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 130 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 5 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. I didn't pay money, but I still feel ripped off. Note: Joke reviews As usual, with some of the worst games on Steam, all the comedians come out of the woodwork. The vast majority of the reviews for this game are joke reviews, mocking the game for just how bad it is. The comedians give us the usual "this game cured my cancer, saved my marriage, changed my life" story... sarcastic, but not useful if you want to know if the game is worth it. Because most of the reviews are humorous but also insincere and not reflective of the actual quality of the product, the positive review score for this game should be taken with a grain of salt.

the game is fun but the in-game music made me leave ^-^
Flappy Octane is a super intense and addictive take on the classic Flappy Bird. The speed is insane, and it's a real challenge to keep your ship flying through those obstacles. It's frustrating at times, but incredibly rewarding when you finally pull off a good run. Pros: 1-Fast-paced and challenging 2-Addictive gameplay 3-Visually intense Cons: 1-Can be very difficult 2-May be frustrating for some Overall: A thrilling and challenging game that will test your reflexes. Recommended for fans of fast-paced arcade games!
