Purchased this game on my own accord and was subsequently sponsored to stream Final Stand Ragnarok today. When I initially heard the news that the creators of Camelot Unchained released this game, I too was very skeptical of the direction they were taking. After playing it for a few hours though, I realized that this is very much a proof of concept for their game engine as well as a fun and engaging game! It feels like a mix of Dynasty Warriors and Smite, and I particularly paid attention to the games optimization as that is one of the most important things to show players that a game dev company cares about their product. I found the game to be highly optimized given the fact that hundreds of NPC's were on my screen attacking our towers, mana pools, and health pools. This game is great fun with others, but you can also play it solo. If you do, I highly recommend playing Gwendalin solo as she is capable of spawning some buddies to help her fight (super fun). Given that the game boasts that it can hold over 1200 NPC's on screen at once, they also plan on having a 1000 person Battle Royale in the future! That would be pure chaos and I cannot wait to try it. This game also has given me a ton of confidence in the team at unchained entertainment to deliver the long awaited Camelot Unchained that I backed many years ago, and I wish the teams on both games nothing but success in their endeavors. Thanks again for the opportunity to showcase your game!

This game is completely unplayable solo, and there's not currently enough population to find a group, even playing at peak hours. This was not at all ready for a public launch.
Terrible game, I don't think this game should even be worth half the price. Very boring gameplay loop. In game mechanics are poorly explained, it's buggy, and the voice acting is bad enough that it's grating on my ears. Spend your money better in other places.
Absolutely love the game, disregarding anything wrong (granted its in early access, cant expect perfection). Definitely willing to play this game for the long to help out with exposing things to make it better. this game has very high potential and I am excited to see its growth.
Well since I'm the first LFG!
Final Stand: Ragnarök melds the artistic flair of Smite with the exhilarating hack-and-slash action reminiscent of Dynasty Warriors. It undeniably harbors potential for transcending into higher realms. Team up with friends on a party up to 8 players, and fight against unyielding waves of enemies. Winter is definitely coming! (A detailed review will have to wait for another time; at the moment, my friends are summoning me to join their party.)
fun
I would like to recommend this game but it seems that no one is playing making Que times long. soloing is difficult especially for new players. I hope that the add bots to fill potions or adjust the difficulty for solo players. The game itself is good looking and the combat is not bad either.
This Game is really fun to play and has a lot of potential to become even better. Amazing Concept + Characters + Abilitys against Hundreds of Enemys = Much Fun! But we need to remember that the game is still in the early stages. That means there's not a ton of stuff to do yet. While it's fun, it might not keep you busy for too long. The best part of the game is trying out all the different characters. They all have special powers that make the game more interesting. Tower Defense is underrated! However, I think the game is still a bit too early to be asking people to pay for it. There's just not enough content yet to justify the price. (I got to try the game for free.) Pro: + Nice Characters with different Abilitys are really fun to play + Slaying hundreds of enemys let you feel great and motivates you fast at the start to try more characters + Character Movement + Abilitys + Elemental Items Con: - Too many Enemys right at the beginning - No Tutorial - Not much Content so far - Gets boring too fast because u need to kill over 500-1000 Enemys per Wave + Bosses at some point and thats exhausting A few ideas to improve the Game: * More Abilitys! getting new abilitys after clearing some waves would be a great motivator for longer gameplay and challenges * Less random enemys -> more focus on Bosses! (+ Weakpoints ) Its exhausting to kill 500-1000 Enemys by pressing Leftclick 20000 times in round about 3 minutes.. maybe try to go for 2-3 waves with random mobs and 1 Wave against a Boss ONLY and it gets harder and harder with every wave would be great! More variations to help holding the motivation higher * More Items! Maybe some Rare Weapons to Pickup for a short period of time -> Team Buffs -> Infusing Elements to your Weapon * Passive Extras to choose after some waves like "Crit + 10% " or " Attack Speed + 15% " * Waves should NOT start 10 Meters near the Tower, thats way to close * Traps! Needle Traps, Poison Traps whatever we can get Thanks!
has potential going to keep an eye on it, fun needs more stuff but cant expect a lot for an early Access
