FINAL FANTASY XIV Online

Die Umsetzung ist eine absolute Frechheit. Der Steam Account wird an den Square Enix Account gekoppelt und lässt sich auch nicht mehr ohne weitere Entfernen. Bei dem Versuch das Spiel über Square Enix zu aktivieren bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung i2501. Jetzt hocke ich hier und hoffe auf eine Antwort vom Support und umtauschen kann ich den Schlüssel auch nicht mehr ... Geld aus dem Fenster geworfen !

Nowhere anywhere does the game say that you require a subscription to play. The $20 Starter Edition is an absolute sham because if you buy it, you are permanently locked out of purchasing the subscription. Which means that if you buy the starter edition, you only have a few months to play the game before you are not allowed to play the game forever.

if you are returning and have been locked out your account its so difficult to get back in, it actually has put me off returning to this game..

Même en profitant uniquement de l'essai gratuit, FF XIV reste une belle aventure. L'univers est vaste, les musiques sont magnifiques et l'histoire prend le temps de développer ses personnages et son monde... 🎶📖 Ce n'est pas forcément un MMO auquel tout le monde accrochera sur le long terme, mais l'essai gratuit permet déjà de vivre une expérience très généreuse et de découvrir pourquoi le jeu est autant apprécié par sa communauté. 💎

This game took my soul in the form of tears and I suspect it will take more as time goes on. The story is one of the best ever made (to be fair in 1k quests I would expect some good world building and story telling), it is both heart wrenching and epic at the same time. I've cried with them, experienced joy with them, anger and so on, It is simply what we call peak. My only issue with it is how weird the pacing can be in certain expansions and for new players it's difficult to start but after ARR, it gets incredible.

i had never played a Final Fantasy game before, but a friend invited me to give it a try and It ended up helping me get through a tough time in my life, and i am so glad i gave it a chance. Thank you for creating such an amazing game.

Played this game for a bit before I got bored of it. Guess they suspended my account 4 years ago, years after I stopped playing. Now my account is suspended for good with no explanation other than I didn't play the game enough.

tldr: good story after 100 hours but thats kinda it Pros: - Good story - Fun boss mechanics - Great fashion and character customization - Nice community (sometimes) Cons: - story is held back by immersion breaking-ly poor character animation - Realm reborn - Stormblood (except [spoiler]Zenos[/spoiler]) My entire experience playing was just being told "keep playing until you reach shb/ew, thats when it gets good", so I never enjoyed the journey. Even when I did finally finish shadowbringers & endwalker I thought it was good but not "the best story ever written", and not quite worth the time and, frankly mind numbing boredom of certain areas, I had spent getting there. Compared to other mmo's gameplay loop its lacking in a lot of areas. The endgame fashion is really nice but if I don't like the rest of the game I'm gonna get bored of that pretty quickly, plus its mostly locked behind level 90 which again takes 100+ hours of "kill 24x goblins then go talk to this guy" to get there. There is a story-skip you can buy that takes you straight to level 90, I was told I shouldn't get that but maybe its something worth picking up if you're only interested in the late game stuff. So yeah there's some very memorable moments and characters that I love but sadly I couldn't recommend this to someone who values their time, unless you're really looking for a japanese mmo with a fun story and don't mind the other issues mentioned. 6.8/10

Also ich habe noch nicht viel Spielzeit aber... Ich bin jetzt schon verliebt und weiß, das ich noch SEHR SEHR viel Zeit in das Spiel stecken werde! :D

Payed 20 bucks, game launch is stuck at 5MBS a sec for download. Proceeded to just let it download for 3 hrs, game decided that it can't download the patches. Haven't dropped a negative review in a minute, real shame looks like a cool game.
