Fields of Mistria

This is the only computer or video game I play, and I love it so much. You can tell how much care was put into making the game. It's my cozy little escape and guaranteed dopamine mine. I'm so glad it exists. I've actually noticed I'm more motivated and social in real life when I gift myself this low-stakes productivity and sociability practice in-game.

If you've played Stardew, Harvest Moon, or Animal Crossing, you are likely already familiar with the gameplay loop. Fields of Mistria's holds up and makes some adjustments I personally like, specifically fishing. I think the characters and story are Fields of Mistria's strong point, though. I liked every character and struggled with deciding on who to romance. I love the game and hope they continue to work on it in the future. Events are few (Only one or two per season) and the only character moments are with romanceable characters. Another strong point for Fields of Mistria is the art style and character designs. Each character looks good, I appreciate the various outfits and even the overall vibe and atmosphere feels very quaint and almost Ghibli-esque.

I just bought this game last month and I can't stop playing it, it feels so nice with such good quality of life changes added by the devs who keep working on this game as well. The community is great, a few great coders have done some amazing work with creating trackers since there weren't any achievements yet (which I think are coming with the full access). I just love it! I was a bit burned out by stardew but this scratched the same itch for me while being different in gameplay. It does have some lagging issues while going from one area to another but it doesn't influence the gameplay too badly for me at least.

Very addictive! Played Harvest moon, story of seasons, stardew valley and rune factory and this is just like them. If you've played any of those and enjoyed them, you will love this. Active developers working to bring updates to the game with good communication make this an easy addition to the library.

Милейшая игра, затянула с первых секунд, мне нравится, что сделан большой упор на отношения с жителями городка и много вариантов с кем можно вступить в брак. Нравится, что нет таймера на задания и поэтому ты не чувствуешь, что опаздываешь куда-то, игра движется спокойно, хотя дни летят очень быстро, но для этого есть настройки долготы дней! Также невероятно милые животные и еще куча всего!

Oh my god I love this game so much, my only complaint is olric isn't a romanceable character
