So. This is a masterpiece and im in emotional ruins having beaten this game, because it means that I've beaten the game and now I can't experience it for the first time again. But good god what a game! It perfectly captured the style and vibe of homestuck perfectly, it made me laugh aloud several times. I'd always wanted to see some content with Rose and The Handmaid considering their similarities with Doc Scratch, and then I find a game that almost has exactly that premise?? but even better- A rescue mission?? Gold! Gold I tell you! The plot was fun, the characters were interesting and funny, the beta kids personalities and dialogue was spot on, the game mechanics were interesting, the fights were fun and engaging and the abilities felt really fitting for the characters. Some of the puzzles are a bit frustrating to figure out, namely the coloured arrows/locked room and Dave's first room, but once you get past them it's a breeze. Honestly, like I said, this game is a masterpiece and it's only bad side is I can't experience it for the first time again.

Great game so far! I've enjoyed learning the mechanics. (accidently killed Dave 47 times on the mine cart - Oops.)

As a fan of Homestuck and RPG games, this hits all the right notes. You can feel the creative love of Homestuck that went into this as well as the love of RPGs. It's the best of both worlds in this melting pot of a passionate fangame I wish there were more games like it. It makes me so happy and I would have gladly paid for it.
If you like homestuck, it's great. If you don't, it's still a fun free rpg.
very fun and silly i love homestuck
Pros: -I never read or seen Homestuck but I was able to enjoy it just fine -Bosses are well thought out. Like the main goon squad have a time and/or space thing going on with interesting gimmicks. -The mansion is simple enough to navigate and there’s a help system if you get lost -Lots of hidden areas to explore like puzzle dungeons that end with a mirror fight. Neutral -A me issue but I don’t like RPG Makers ATB system. Way to fast for me. -I never figured out how to get the team attacks to work. -Regular fights are pretty dull so I’m glad for random encounters Cons: -Didn’t like the frog quiz. Either I missed some lore or it’s detrimental fanservice -Some optional puzzles aren’t explained very well. Which kind of sucks cause the game is usually really good in showing you what you need to do. -Didn’t like using the wind dash. Felt like there was too much of a delay
