There's only one detective to unravel this murder turned museum heist... and they're the cat's meow. Interrogate a "colorful" cast of suspects until they cough up hairballs... and the truth. Will you wrap up the case in time for an afternoon nap, and make injustice knead its last biscuit?

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Aug 8 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
When the phone rings in the Feline Forensics department, that can only mean one thing... it's time to get your toe beans dirty. In this soft-boiled detective puzzler, assume the role of a crime-crushing noir tabby who's all out of catnip, and utilize your wisest whisker to uncover the truth of this meowseum mystery.
Famously known as the museum's most valuable exhibit, the gemstone's true worth is beyond kitten comprehension.... and now its missing! Rely on deductive reasoning skills to prove that there's no such thing as a purrfect crime.
Mismatched alibis and mistrusting motivations provide little explanation as to how this intricate heist devolved into a grizzly murder. No one is above a carnivorous suspicion, so converse with, and cross-examine them all.
A failed investigation could mean that terrible criminals walk free, and a once-thriving museum will finally bite the dust. The uniquely hand-drawn style of its many displays would be forced to auction.
This is both a feature, and a warning... actually, no pun is off-limits. Its honestly an excessive use of groan-worthy humor. Chuckle (or cringe) while enjoying the smooth jazz soundtrack composed of saxophones, plunger trumpets, and speakeasy pianos.
Assemble a conspiracy board to track all your leads (without red string, it would be too distracting)
Examine an array of crucial evidence (and swat off the table, probably)
Keep a binder to track every witness testimony (and make those suspects squeal)
Fill-in-the-blanks of your investigator's journal to crack the case (and dispense feline justice!)
Adjust text speed, turn on puzzle assistance, or use dyslexic-friendly fonts as needed
Silly interpretations of famous artwork (parody law please protect us)
And, of course, play as a cat detective (wearing a full suit and tie)
Sums Steam only; GOG publishes no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Feline Forensics checks all the boxes for me! The art style and witty dialog are exceptional. This game provides an intriguing mystery while also not being extremely complicated or frustrating. I eagerly await to see what games Nobody Crown makes in the future!
Very short and fun game, i had fun discovering the mystery. It felt sluggish at times but it was a fun ride.
I have only played about 5 hours of this game over the course of two streams, but we're all having a lot of fun with it. The art style is inspired, the humor excellent and the mystery sufficiently twisty to keep us guessing. I haven't encountered any game-breaking bugs yet, which is fairly impressive for a new release. I'd say if you're looking for a chill logic puzzle game with genuine style and wit, you can't really go wrong here. Disclosure: I did receive a free key for this game from the developer, but I have played long past my commitment just because it's fun.

A really cute little detective game. It wasn't always easy to examine the evidence and make the little eye pop up, lost at least 10 minutes of my life trying to rotate the items in the proper position, which was a bit frustrating. The keywords puzzles were sometimes really challenging to figure out. You do get what happened, but to put it in exact words the devs wanted was really tricky at times. The culprits weren't obvious at all, so it was really fun to guess who they were and what exactly happened. All in all, a game worth playing, really relaxing, with super cute art and lots of cat puns. Recommended for sure! <3
I enjoyed Feline Forensics!! It took me a couple evenings of puzzling, chatting with the other museum attendees, and filling in the blanks to finish the game, and I found it to be a worthwhile experience. I used a controller, mainly, but I didn't struggle with keyboard and mouse.
There are some parts that are just so frustrating to answer(Especially the location). But overall, I like it quite a lot. Also, just personal preferences, I feel like it would be better if the "Arrest" part wasnt that short. Every "arrestable" character basically only had some 1 liner or simple back and forth for their arrest, which to me is just not enough. If we can hear what they say before the arrest, it might be more impactful and create a more difficult moral choice. But this is just my preference.
Played it on release, and other than the filling out the blank puzzle, it was pretty fun. Though since then it should been fixed. The art design was cool, but the map is missing some details like toilets, police tapes, medics or medic records. The investigation and mystery felt rather amateurish and stupid until the end when it made a little sense of why it was handled the way it was. But most things were just badly executed. Obviously I wasn't expecting a sherlock holmes level of mystery. I simply bought it because of the theme and to support the dev. The after release fixes were still faster and better than other games receive nowadays. With that in mind I can recommend this game.
