F&H 2: Termina is oppressive, relentless and hopeless. A mix of jRPG and Survival Horror. Turn-based combat meets resource management. 3 days to explore the wicked town of Prehevil and find out about its dark secrets. 3 days until the pale and sickly green moon rises at its apex. Termina is upon us!

Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.

Reviews
One of the best and most brutal indie games of all time. Prehevil is a fascinating location, with a meaty serving of new FaH lore on offer. It was incredibly fun and rewarding to explore the city while uncovering clues re: which endings from the first FaH game are canon. Termina manages the impossible: it delivers the same focused, intriguing, oppressive and macabre atmosphere as the first title... while also exceeding its predecessor, expanding and deepening the experience. Where it probably could have played things safe and recycled the same FaH formula, Termina instead challenges the player's expectations. It forces you to discover and experiment with its systems just like the first one did -- and laughs at you for trying to reuse old strategies. I love these games, and this developer. They won't be for everyone, but there's nothing else like them.

13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Aug 31: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

The gameplay is a grating slog with loads of filler elements trying to stretch out play hours for no reason (unless it does something to help advertisers and algorithms sell the game more); and there's very little actual meat to the combat and story in between the hours you'll spend restarting over and over after dying to 50/50 chances to instantly lose every battle that no strategy will alter (you can waste a weekend just retrying the early game fights --- the only solution to which is getting late game loot). Other than that its a dark and aesthetically profound game with uniquely dark lore, art, and music, even if the writing and world building hasn't improved much from the original game. But all in all, it's a 1 or 2 hour story game that's stretched out with hours and hours of unwarranted hardcore filler -- better to watch someone else play it and wait for a good game to come along that doesn't try to prove something by making itself annoying rather than genuinely difficult or balanced.
