Fateless can easily be summed up as "Babies First Doom" and be a very accurate description. It's a VERY simple and basic FPS. You get a weapon, you shoot the monsters, and go to the exit. There really is not much to say about the game. The game has 3 episodes, with each episode having some different levels, but there isn't much. Episode 1 only has 2 levels! They are the biggest maps compared to the rest, but are still quite short. Episode 2 has like 7 maps, but you can complete them in like 10 seconds. Episode 3 has 4 maps and are kind of in between, but half the levels in Episode 3 are more like Wolfenstein 3D maps. The maps are all simple textures and don't have any real graphical quality. At one point in the last level in Episode 3 there was missing textures for buildings and walls so you could see right through them. There is a total of 3 weapons, you start with a shotgun, then you can pick up either a machine gun or rocket launcher. There was also what looked like a plasma like rifle in Episode 3, but I was not able to pick it up. Now here is a problem with the weapons, they ALL have infinite ammo and you can not switch your weapon when you pick up a different one. I personally found the rocket launcher too weak, plus with the ability to hurt yourself with your rockets is not very helpful. Why? There is no health pickups in maps. You will only get your health back when you finish the map. There is some pickups, but what purpose they serve is unknown. There is a total of 3 enemies in the game. You have the basic Doom Imp enemy, then 2 robot mechs. One with a machine gun, and one with rockets. The imps die in one hit with what ever weapon you use, and the mechs do take a bit more hits. The machine gun mech is really the only enemy that could be an issue, but as long as you can break line of sight when its shooting you, you won't take damage. Same with the rocket mech, if you keep moving you can easily avoid its rockets. I did not die once in this game. Now my biggest complaint. The FOV is EXTREMELY LOW! I would guess it's at about 60 or 70. Thankfully the game was super short, so I did not get motion sick, but be warned to everyone else that is sensitive to this! The game also lacks any form of options and Quit game. So yes, Alt+F4 is the quit button. Like I said, it's Babies First Doom, so it's real hard to be really critical, as I did complete the game without crashes, and it plays exactly like it says it does. I'd be more harsh had this game cost money. For the free price tag I guess it's OK, but I feel it could be better. It really does feel like it's someones first game they ever made. It's a good start, just keep working hard at it!

Fateless... Doom... I get it... Nice!
A simple basic FPS. The homage to the golden age of shooters is obvious. The action is fast enough to be enjoyable. No menu or settings etc.
awful, can't shoot don't waste the bandwidth.
This game is laughably bad and pretty much the bare minimum of what you would call a game. This feels like someones first try at making a game. I can't recommend this game to anyone.
Fateless is a very basic level based first person shooter in the style of DooM (although dumped on Steam in 2019, many years after DooM's engine was obsolete). Gameplay consists of moving around badly optimised, low polygon, badly textured environments and shooting at one of the two different enemies the developer bothered to put together. What's nice about this is that a lot of work seems to have gone into this, it's not an asset flip, everything seems to be hand made. Unfortunately, the quality here is right through the floor. This is as bad as a Raycasting Game Maker game. The thing is, the early iD tech engines like DooM and Quake have been made free, so it's inexplicable for this game to have an engine even worse than those. The game is completely free. Nothing speaks more to a developers belief in themselves and their product than making their game available for everyone without remuneration. This is certainly a gesture that shows dedication to the gaming industry. It's a shame in this case that the implementation is below the minimum standards a dedicated PC game should offer to enthusiasts. There's no "maybe" option in Steam, unfortunately, but I hope to see more work from this developer, perhaps as part of a professional game development company that can make full use of their talents without needing to make budget/quality compromises.
Okayish old school shooter for free which is also very short.
Dünyayı canavarlardan koruduğunuz FPS oyunu. Canavarları çift namlulu pompalı tüfek ve diğer silahlarla vuruyor, tuğla ve taştan yapılmış çeşitli binaların içinden geçiyorsunuz. Canavarların geldiği yer altına inip gezegeni onların varlığından kurtarıyorsunuz.
