Farlight Commanders: Prologue is not strictly a game. It's an advertisement/demo for Farlight Commanders. It's a common mistake when unfamiliar with Steam to launch demos/advertisements as full games on Steam instead of tagging them correctly as demos. Here's the instructions for putting a demo up on Steam, to demonstrate that there is a correct process for this, which hasn't been followed here: https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/store/application/demos Farlight Commanders, the game this is an advertisement for, is a laughably bad 2D retro platformer/shooter hybrid with a sci-fi theme. Don't let the visuals fool you on this, the game itself is terrible, it's largely slapped together by reskinning the Unreal Engine 2D platformer game template (the developers didn't even bother renaming that part of it!). The template isn't the best one Epic has to offer for the Unreal engine, gameplay is clunky and highly dis-satisfying. Decent artists and the Unreal Engine itself can't save this one. There's co-op gameplay (and no players of course, the quality is terrible) and spaceship as well as platformer modes, but all the good ideas in the world can't be saved by a poor quality execution. While it might seem like an inocuous mistake, publishing demos and advertisements as if they are full games is misleading and in some ways harmful. This advertisement is taking up marketing space and visibility that would be better made available to a developer that's done the right thing and created a full game. Instead, that visibility is given over to a demo/advert that's been published incorrectly and is polluting the marketplace. It's unclear if this mistake was made through incompetence or a deliberate intent to mislead gamers. Often developers may choose to incorrectly publish demo/advertisements as separate games as a cheap way to bypass paying Valve for marketing presence on the Steam front page, which may seem clever to them, but it's harmful behaviour and it's not good for gamers. At the end of the day, I can only recommend full, correctly published games to gamers. Because this is just an advertisement, and because of the other problems with it, I can't recommend it. I do hope the guys who did the reasonable looking graphics have gone on to bigger and better things.
It's really bad in every aspect
Farlight Commanders: Prologue, yaklaşan ortak bilim kurgu shoot'em up oyununun ilk görevidir.
After 52 minutes... Has potential, maybe? SP was a pain trying to fly and fight a boarding party at the same time with no friendly AI and a barely functional tutorial.
This game looks interesting, but it's really not that engaging. The controls are alright, and the game play has some interesting elements. Overall, it feels like someone's really fleshed out game design school project. I would have refunded this if it weren't a demo. The worst part about the game though is the written dialogue. It reads like someone trying to do some commentary about a dystopia future, but were more interested in trying to be clever and funny. It wasn't clever or funny, and instead it was eye-rolling bad. The combat was pretty boring overall. Enemies were way too tough, and you didn't get that shoot 'em feel that it seemed to be projecting. Enemies are weirdly tough and overall it just fell flat in a lot of places. I wanted to like the game because it looks interesting.

Barotrauma in the space, this is the first impression after playing for 5 min, the rule of this game are way more simple. Only 1 thing that I am a bit unsatisfied with, that is: Turrets are TOO slow to aim in such a bullet-hell battle action. this could be acceptable if this could be accelerated via upgrading character skill.
