Do not underestimate this Game (like me). It has one of the best combat mechanics i´ve ever seen in a Game like this, new weapons bring other skills that can be upgraded to unlock more potential. its pretty fun imo.
If you are looking for a fantastic third-person MMOlite experience, whether alone or in a group, to get completely lost in, this is definitely it. Exploration is done extremely well and is a key element of play. At first glance, the stylized, Minecraft-esque texture design might make you think this is just another casual sandbox, but don't let that veneer fool you. Underneath its charming exterior lies a phenomenally deep and rewarding fantasy experience that completely took me by surprise. The game strikes a wonderful balance between classic, nostalgic MMO elements and modern design choices that keep the experience feeling fresh. The atmosphere and world-building are exceptional. The vibrant and whimsical tone of the world makes it an absolute joy to explore. The fantasy environments are beautifully crafted, bursting with personality and color, offering a refreshing break from the usual gritty fantasy tropes of today. Because of this, exploring the map feels genuinely rewarding rather than just a chore to get from point A to point B. What really hooked me, though, are the core mechanics. The gameplay and combat are incredibly smooth, fluid, and engaging, far more so than the graphics imply it has any right to be. Unlike older MMOs that can feel a bit static or mechanical, the combat here flows beautifully and feels satisfyingly impactful. The boss fights are, quite literally, riveting. I won’t spoil anything, but when you first get the chance to enter a rift, take it. Some of the most fun I’ve ever had in an MMO. There is also a great depth to the progression systems, giving you plenty of freedom to build your character exactly how you want. On top of that, the crafting system is exceptional. It’s clearly had a ton of thought put into it, making gathering and creating items a core, satisfying pillar of the game rather than just an afterthought. Whether you enjoy diving deep into the lore, gathering resources, or teaming up with friends for endgame content, there is an incredible amount of substance here. My only real gripes right now are, firstly, that the optimization and performance can be lacking at times to say the least. You will definitely notice frame drops and lots of stutters, especially in busier areas. However, the sheer quality of the gameplay completely outshines these technical rough edges, with the presumption being that they will be fixed by the time the game is out of early access. Secondly, there is no trading system and seemingly no plans for one, as auction houses are on the dev roadmap but not trading. This is a big issue, as the only way to trade involves dropping items on the ground for the other person to pick up which leaves you wide open to scammers. What’s worse, is that the developers themselves seem to encourage this, even having a trading channel in their official discord, yet there is no trading system in place or seemingly any plans to implement one to protect players from potential scams or at the very least provide some quality of life. The idea that a dev team would prioritize auction houses over a base trading system is not only bizarre, but also unheard of. And for good reason. The developers have built a great foundation, and I can't wait to see how the world continues to expand. If you can overlook early performance hiccups and see past the risky lack of a secure trading system, you absolutely need to check this out. It pairs a cozy, whimsical aesthetic with rewarding exploration, complex combat, and deep crafting systems. If the performance and trading issues are addressed, this could easily become a top-tier, 10/10 fantasy RPG. For now, it settles for a solid 8.5/10. Strongly recommend.
Love the game its just a laggy piece of ♥♥♥♥ though.
♥️
