Genuinely quite terrible, and even if the dev is self-aware, that doesn't change much. A boring endless runner with flappy bird-esque controls, with it's only saving grace being a free Steam key to another game. Hard pass.

"Fallopian Frenzy! Come Again?" is , believe it or not, not the worst game on Steam. It's certainly not a good game at all, but I'm just saying I've seen much worse. This is a somewhat pointless endless runner game where you control a sperm and you navigate through a hazard filled female reproductive system (aren't they all like that). There's a few educational messages about sexual health, but people should not be looking to Steam for education on anything. There's a weird amount of effort that went into what's basically a joke game, at least in terms of different power ups and characters you can control, but that's just sprinkles on a basic tech demo. The game is really simple and unambitious in terms of implementation, more of a tech demo or one of those cases where an amateur developer spends $100 to publish something on Steam Direct to see if it's possible. Yes, obviously it's possible. A proof of concept, tech demo, or something that's less than a little blip on the radar isn't offering anything truly valuable to gamers. The game features really lacklustre 2D visuals (does the developer not know 3D graphics became mainstream in the mid-1990s?). Gamers don't spend thousands of dollars on gaming rigs and the latest 3D graphics cards to play 2D games. Even mobile phones and game consoles can do 3D graphics now. There's no excuse. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. Most "free" games on Steam aren't really free. There's usually some kind of monetisation, from nasty mobile app cash shops, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, to any other number of shady pricing schemes that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry, and should be applauded. Of course, just because something is free, doesn't necessarily mean it's valuable, or something you might want to spend your time on. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at just a dozen or so concurrent players, and now there's basically nobody playing it. Even though it's free. This is a dismal public reception, but it's easy to see why gamers rejected it. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. There's no financial cost up-front, but you'd still be spending your time and a little hard drive space on a product that's far from the best. There's thousands of better alternatives on Steam. [b]Note: Joke reviews[/b] As usual, with some of the worst games on Steam, all the comedians come out of the woodwork. The vast majority of the reviews for this game are joke reviews, mocking the game for just how bad it is. The comedians give us the usual "this game cured my cancer, saved my marriage, changed my life" story... sarcastic, but not useful if you want to know if the game is worth it. Because most of the reviews are humorous but also insincere and not reflective of the actual quality of the product, the positive review score for this game should be taken with a grain of salt.

All the achievements work fine. Is easy to 100%, at least is trying to be original (not just copy past someone else work) Still very, very bad game mechanics. Where you fall way quicker than you go up. This error just makes it harder to control. I really can not say the games works properly.
