About
Face Your Fear is a story-driven psychological horror game blending tense exploration, immersive enigmas, and a suffocatingly realistic atmosphere. Every second matters… because fear itself can kill you.
You play as a young teenager suffering from a serious heart condition. As terror rises around you, your BPM becomes your greatest enemy. Monitor your stress levels carefully, take your medication on time, and try to survive the nightmare unfolding inside your own home.
You are defenseless.
No weapons.
No escape.
Only choices.
Run. Hide. Or stare death in the eyes.
What began as an ordinary night alone quickly turns into something far more sinister. Paranormal events intensify, familiar places become twisted and hostile, and reality itself starts to collapse around you.
The windows are sealed shut.
The phone is dead.
And whatever is inside the house… knows you’re there.
Solve enigmas under pressure, survive terrifying encounters, and uncover the truth behind the horrors consuming your home. But be careful: too much stress can be fatal.
Face Your Fear will feature multiple levels, each introducing unique monsters, mechanics, and new ways to test your sanity and survival instincts.
Features:
• Intense psychological horror experience
• Realistic stress and heart-rate mechanics
• Immersive atmosphere with detailed environments
• Enigma-solving under constant pressure
• Multiple monsters with unique behaviors
• Story-driven gameplay and paranormal events
• Hide, run, and survive — because you cannot fight back

No clear what to do, so returned the game.
horrible game
I had a blast playing this game! The puzzles were great, the graphics and sound were top great and i LOVED the character design of the "bad guy". So much fun and would definitely recommend :) https://youtu.be/WxbbkA94bNk?si=PKh53I-70k4n4dtW
cool
If this game is for you or not depends on what you're looking for. If you're looking for a walking simulator with some jump scares and you want to be challenged with puzzles, than this game is for you. And when I mean challenging I mean: almost not getting any clue on what to do. It doesn't work for me, but it may work for some. I missed the scary ambience in this game. The 'Doctor' who comes after you is really random. I encountered him three times and he wasn't really after me. There's no running and hiding. He just gets you and than it's game over. There is almost no gameplay where your heart condition really mattered. That was disappointing for me. I thought you had to hide from a monster, keep your stress low and collect and take medicine to keep that in balance. But it was none of that. The game was actually kind of boring in the horror department and it didn't meet up with my expectations at all. There also was almost not story. You run around in some surrealistic experience and then you have an ending with a motivation I didn't buy. I hope Chapter 2 is better in meeting the expectations provided in the game description,
