Short, but atmospheric,
This is the most unexpectedly exciting game I've played since Outer Wilds. I bought Exo Rally Championship, and after reading it's description I've seen it mentioning this game, and I thought: "hm, so this is like one of those vibe games where you just go sightseeing. Might as well try it out before playing ERC". I wasn't entirely wrong, but I totally didn't expect it to be so nice to control and for it to have a story.

It's short - I've played through the game twice and I have a little over 4 hours playtime. Exo One has Journey in the DNA. That's probably the best comparison. You play a ball that has some interesting movement mechanics, moving across varying landscapes. It's about the right length - it doesn't quite get old by the end of the game, but only just. The plot is forgettable, but doesn't intrude too much on gameplay. If you get this, get it cheap and don't expect to spend much time with it. It's enjoyable for its playtime, but you won't be replaying it until it starts to fade from memory.
[h3] I feel like I saw everything everywhere all at once - from the Big Bang to the very last past instant. [/h3] The story has depth and successfully drew me in, and yet, there's so little dialogue - always vague, at that! I think this resumes the game in its entirety. There is so [i] little [/i], how can it feel so [i] full [/i]?? Anyway, a very atmospheric game - and really good at it, a beautiful experience, 10/10, get it now.
This game went to Jupiter to get more stupider. Playing the game is fun but it doesn't let you do that much, you have to sit through the cutscenes and tech demos before you can fly around as a little ball for 10 minutes. It also tries to have this weird segmented storyline which I'm usually all about but doesn't really land. Also the 2001 thing and the soundtrack are really pushing it, space is cool but it's so hammy in how 'awe-inspiring' it is. Fun gameplay but a missed opportunity, go play Haste.

Very peaceful. fun to be flying through atmospheres and gliding across water and landscapes. got a feeling that haste got their game's idea from this. pick it up on a sale and enjoy a couple hours of good music and flowy gameplay.
A good little game to turn your brain off with, short and sweet, about an hour and a half experience if you arent achievement hunting with nice visuals even if the landscape is barren. if its on sale for half off or 75 percent off id say its worth while. cant recommend it at full price though.
I had an overwhelmingly fantastic time with this game. I am heart broken there is not more, but it is the perfect length. It says everything it wants to in the most beautiful way. 1 million out of 10
