Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.43/day in the week to Aug 28 → 1.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Your train is your only refuge in an endless frozen world. When you die, another passenger steps forward and takes your place. As long as survivors remain, your journey continues. Rescue trapped passengers scattered in abandoned facilities across Inara and build up your society one survivor at a time.

It's your base, your shelter, and everyone aboard's last chance at survival. Explore the exomoon Inara solo or in co-op with up to 4 players.

Your mission for survival lies above everything. Venture into dangerous locations filled with valuable resources, technology, hidden secrets, and unforgiving battles. But if you explore for too long, you may risk losing everything.

The train's battery recharges while it's moving and drains when it stands still. Every expedition and every decision you make revolves around this single rule. Manage your train's power, maintain its systems, and never let the battery reach zero or your journey ends. Move or freeze.

Conquer Inara by crafting new weapons, armor, tools, gliders, and essential machinery. Expand and upgrade your train as you push farther along the tracks. Attach hundreds of new wagons to increase storage, boost production, and build out your own logistics.

Your glider puts eyes in the sky over the frozen landscape before you ever set foot on it. Scout new locations, harvest rare isotopes for crafting, and identify threats from above by deploying scan drones into the depths of Inara.
Abandoned facilities, deadly anomalies, and survivors waiting to be rescued are scattered across a procedurally generated world that never repeats. Every run brings new routes, new dangers, and new reasons to keep the train running.
The exomoon is called Inara because the community chose that name. The lore exists because players helped us refine it. Throughout Early Access, EverRail is built alongside the players. Features, systems, game balance, and story will continue to evolve based on the community that keeps the train running.

Unique Game. A moving train is your base. When the train is moving, it generates power for your base so your goal is to get the charge close to 100% before exiting the train to explore and loot. Before exiting the train, you must gear up and prepare for your expedition which is only as long as you have power on the train. Once the train runs out of power, it's game over so you need to make sure you are back to the train and you get the train moving before the time runs out. It's essentially an extraction type game. You leave the train, explore, loot and kill and then return to the train where you will upgrade and go out again. Two things that can kill you is the cold outside or hunger. You can unlock better suits that keep you warm so you can stay out longer. Food is easy to come by, The world is pretty massive and there is a lot of content in this game. Enemies I've seen so far are just robots who shoot back at you but they seem stupid and are easily killed. For the price, I'd would say get this game. At first, it can seem like a lot to learn but once you get going, it's a lot of fun. Oh, and did I mention your train can spit out a glider that you can fly around in?

Game is fun, but. doesn't look like it's meant for single player. have to manage multiple aspects at the same time. (while in a glider, cant manage the train) annoying to constantly press the button to eat food while in the train. a bit of nit picking, you back pack has more storage slots that a storage bin that takes half of train car of space...
It's really early into early access so I am forgiving on a lot of issues. I have a lot of fun and the balancing of the train battery with exploration is an interesting twist. Food drains a bit to quick and the AI of the enemies feels way to easy to work around unless you get swarmed. All in all I've been enjoying this game for what it is instead of being hyper critical and expecting the early access to be fully polished. It needs work, and has some bugs but its a fun game over all.
Not recommended The developers clearly do not have a basic understanding of balance, QOL or design. A prime example would be storage where larger footprint storage holds less items / footprint area. So you are better off only building the small boxes because the larger boxes only hold maybe x2 as much but take up x4 the room. (and this is AFTER the 'improvements' in the most recent patch) Buildings do not snap or align properly with the other art. Useless 'decorative' features inside a couple of the carriages (pipes) make them useless to build in. Art is badly done with multiple scaling and sizing issues. Avoid until the game gets some significant work done.
Needs a LOT of balancing, not really playable for single player at this time. you get ravenous after 5 or 6 minutes of real time and the costs of everything are out of whack.
Boringly repetitive gameloop with a train and robots Literally...you move the train to charge it's battery so you last longer in "raids". You can build things on the trains innards and upgrade them or build new gear etc. The "raids" consist of stopping at random points along the track, to fight very dull and easy to kill AI NPC's, while scouring for loot that has no real appeal when gathering. Just collect it, and return to the train...then use said gear to build new things on the train that have no real weight to them at all and feel just as dull as the NPC's. Make sure you add food rations for the "passengers" you never see. This game has great bones to be far better...I was expecting a Snowpiercer like game...but for now it feels dull and boring after a few stops, and I just stopped playing because I literally got bored of the same loop over and over. All that in 20 minutes of gameplay.
Its a little underbaked right now, but the bones of something cool is there. My one death so far was deploying the glider in tunnel and being ground to dust on the ceiling. its a lot of grabbing trash and refining it, shooting at robots, and feeding your passengers that act as your spare lives. I do not love the fact that everything is on a timer, either be it heat, food, energy, or crafting time. Due to this you will do a lot of waiting for things to craft while the train moves, and then having only a few min to explore very repetitive POIs. some of the crafting stations are also exactly the same models, but they do work. Hoping to come back to this later and wish the devs luck.
