В детстве на День Рождения получил первую часть от 1С. Показалась очень сложной и запутанной, по сравнению с теми же Геромями 3, но с годами понимаешь, что сложность и путаница на входе дает глубину и интерес в изучении механик и стратегий, когда извилины уже начали сформировываться). Игра супер, но конкретно этот вариант в стиме просто издевательство над фанатами, так как не оптимизирован под современные системы. Вылетает и полноценно не работает, но деньги вернули, так что Бог с ними.

Легендарная, но многими забытая или пропущенная игра! Смесь Героев меча и магии с карточной системой боя. При этом поле битвы не выглядит как карточный стол, а напоминает именно поле битвы Героев с существами на нём и полной анимацией всех действий. В игре уникальные 4 расы со своими существами и заклинаниями, отличная музыка и очень напряженные сражения! Спасибо, что вернули меня в игру детства, наконец-то теперь я её прошел!

The game features a lot of RNG to keep you on your toes, but in the campaign, if one of your heroes dies, you'll reload the last quicksave anyways, so losing because of bad rng (hand, abilities with % chance, etc) is usually a total waste of time if you're already familiar with the enemy deck. Still a very fine and fresh card game, with the luxury of custom creatures, 3d models and animations.

It's a great classic with deep deckbuilding options and flavourful dark fantasy theme, but has some serious compatibility problems and the game keeps crashing multiple times while loading even after some of the recommended solutions proposed in the help chats. Pity.
