Eternower is a mazing-focused Tower Defense. Minimalistic thematically, opportunistic mechanically.

A minimalist but compelling tower defense game. It's challenging with that 'one more try' feel to it.
I feel like the participant in an experiment. Without knowing what the experiment is exactly. Like it a lot. Hope there will never be a documentation or tutorial.
Petit tower defense minimaliste, d'une durée de vie courte mais à la mécanique intéressante.

Really fun already, excited to see what direction it takes. Edit: Updates have been ridiculously fast and meaningful so far, keep up the great work this is shaping up lovely :D

I'll list pros and cons, but ultimately for me it's rather a "no". PROS: Intresting mechanics (once you somehow understand them). Intresting retro design and sound. Great price (almost free). Someone who loves torture may find difficulty appealing. CONS: Hard. No tutorials. Dead community. It's as close to being truly "retro" as it ever gets. Want to solve a Rubik's Cube? Either you do it yourself or "no good, get good". Almost all discussion info about the game is outdated past the last rebalance patch of 2020. Developer is dead. Their most recent game was never released. Reaching all achievements is either extremely hard or impossible (again, no guarantee the game is beatable after the last patch). I could reach level 40 after 5 hours of trying (~7% of players did this).
A well-designed, evolving, minimalist TD.
So the game is a dollar The game is very minmalist but is very dynamic There seems to be only ten levels and there is very little if any rng in this game. It's all about placement and skill. The music is harmonic and is pretty good. I had fun with it and I might play some more There are two types of towers, one that spreads and one that can be upgraded. 7/10 game overall. EDIT: just beat the game fully It's pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good I will raise the score to an 8/10 since the dev is an /agdg/ bro and the game is pretty good EDIT 2: new update completely changes the game I don't like it. Change it back. Game is no longer decent
