About
IMPORTANT : Each run lasts 20 real-time minutes, but exploring the world, uncovering its secrets, and realizing what was possible all along can keep you discovering for much longer.
Eternal Afternoon is a poetic walking sim about wasting time before the end of the world. You play as Sasha, a 10-year-old boy wandering his neighborhood in the final minutes before a giant black wave swallows everything.

Retro nostalgic visuals & authentic atmosphere – a suburban block in the summer of 2001, recreated with care.
A chilling meditation on time, death, and the inevitable – experience the quiet dread of a world that ends in twenty minutes.
Story through exploration – uncover small moments, side quests, and fragments of mystery woven into the neighborhood.
Built with replayability and speedrun in mind – no save system, no upgrades; your only progress is knowledge of how the world works and how everything connects.

Envoutant, une expérience rare qui donne envie de découvrir tous les secrets. Bravo !
Man, I put this game off for months, and now I see that I messed up because it was quite an EXPERIENCE. "Experience" is the correct way to describe this, cause it's more of a walking sim and visual novel than a game. Of course, Alex Klexber knew this and set up a joke DOOM/Quake/Serious Sam mockup for those thirsty for gameplay, I don't know how to say anything without spoiling too much, but damn, I got so much nostalgia from this game, especially playing caps, old games on floppy disks, jumping off buildings without a scratch and finally being swallowed by the tide... Man good times... Now I'm depressed cause this game told me straight to my face what I subconsciously knew.
Absolute Cinema ✋🏻😐✋🏻
very fun walking simulator
Its an achievement hunter game but it is fun and has some great messages in it. Play it and you can kill a few hours in it.
I found this game on Instagram before it released and I was really excited for it. It lived up to the hype for me.
Let me start by saying that this is an amazing game. I absolutely loved the atmosphere, and the fact that it was genuinely emotionally touching. That kind of emotional impact is hard to find in most games in my opinion. It’s a short, 20 min, end of the world experience. I’d say it’s somewhat replayable, but only if u know how to get a another ending. As for the achievements, I mostly just played the game naturally, since most of them you can earn simply by just playing the game. I’ve recently played a lot of games with a similar art style, so I might be a little biased when I say that I really loved the visual style. It fits the game perfectly. Overall, it’s a simple but memorable game with an emotional atmosphere. I definitely recommend it to everyone.
