About
Explore a dream that refuses to end. As Zede Aksis, wander a surreal city that feels both alive and liminal, filled with digital citizens and absurd infrastructure. Can you find an escape? A way out of a world that remembers you better than you remember it?
Step into a city shaped by memory and code-- where the streetlights hum lullabies, and stairways spiral into forgotten neighborhoods. Escape from Lavender Island is an open-world exploration of the subconscious, a place where the unknown constantly unfolds before you. Every corner feels familiar, but nothing looks like you remember.
It’s a game about being lost in the in-between: the space between dreams and waking, between knowing who you are and who you might’ve been. As Zede, you collect fragments of language, art, and architecture that hint at a life outside the simulation-- but the deeper you go, the more the island reshapes to fit you.
The world itself is the story. The Lavender Corporation, an evil group from the mainland, works with an alien civilization to control the island and everyone who lives on it. To fight back, you'll accept missions, meet contacts, and find masks with different abilities.

Reviews
I'm still not quite sure how to feel about this game, but here I am recommending you play it. Ignoring all the themes and sometimes over commitment to shocking content, it is quite an enjoyable 3d exploration game that took 7ish hours to complete (minus the simulator which is 2 hours to run completely). Mask from the second neighbourhood was my favourite. Final neighbourhood felt way too short.

This game helped me discover I'm autistic. Thanks I think! (?????)
this game is awesome. up there with cruelty squad in strange visuals and some of the silliest missions i've ever played. loads of unnatural and fun abilities to play with and use to solve tasks would recommend, deserves more players
GUD

I still don't know what exactly happened to me these past 8ish hours, but man was it a good trip. Definitely one of the most weird and obscure games I've ever played, but so well-made. Props to the dev. Highly recommend if you have a weird taste.
Escape From Lavender Island is a generational master piece and if you haven't played this master piece of a game............ Do NOT consider yourself to be a true gamer
This is the real freak ♥♥♥♥ that I crave
An excellent collectathon walking sim with a unique style somewhere between vapourware and lofi 3d. Story seemed interesting but it could have been a bit clearer. Thoroughly enjoyed this game.
