Experienced on the Oculus Rift with Touch Controllers
You can view my gameplay & initial impressions review here: https://youtu.be/uBREC6wzgLw So this is a downgrade graphically from B4T Games prior title Epic Roller Coasters. They have traded away higher textures for a low polygon world art-style for a mostly VR coaster experience. The result is a game that definitely runs smoother with no frame rate drops and allows for shooting while on the coaster without any issues, even from lower-end machines. However, the trade-off is the lower-end visuals which I'm not sure is a good idea for a VR coaster focused experience. I am a big fan of VR roller coasters and I own all the Epic Roller Coasters DLC. While not the best VR coaster experience, I enjoyed Epic Roller Coasters and did each ride several times. There was a thrill in most of the rides that is just lacking here. Okay, but this is still good for being free (I don't own this DLC). The viking coaster ride is nice and the shooting you can do does bring a challenge while you're riding a coaster. The Viking-themed drop thrill ride is also nice. Comfort options are available. You can easily re-center position for a comfortable seated experience. You can even switch your viewpoint within the ride. Rate 6/10. I think it's worth the download. However, it wasn't interesting enough for me to be tempted to buy the DLC. That's a shame.

this "game" says that it's free, but it's not. There is only one Coaster availible and the rest is Paid DLC
It's free to try out so if you think you might disagree with me there's no harm in trying it. However I've seen way too many of these VR theme park ride things and none of them really do a good job of it. At best you might get a bit sick or feel a bit of excitement from the roller coaster, but it's really unrealistic and immersion breaking so there's really only a couple of moments you might feel like it's fun. Of course if you have a weak stomach or you haven't gotten your "VR legs" yet, then you're probably better off not trying it. I'm at the stage where nothing phazes me unless it's just REALLY bad (like you're intentionally trying to make someone feel sick) so for me I had only a couple of "whee" moments where it might have felt real and the rest of the time it was just like watching a video of a roller coaster. The other free ride you get is a Free fall type ride, like the old "Texas Cliffhanger" from Six Flags over Texas (apparently it's gone now) but it didn't convey any of the feeling of being dropped from a tall tower. There was a moment of feeling like you were being lifted up and then the rest of the ride was a snooze fest. There's also a couple of "games" you can play, one of which is whack-a-mole, except you just have wooden pegs to hit and a spike to avoid hitting, and then there's the roller coaster shooter which isn't bad at all, except for the fact that the controllers are at the wrong angle so I had to move my hand so my thumb would be in-line with what I was aiming at (or basically like I had to aim a gun at the floor to shoot straight). It's probably fine for Quest 2 users but for the Index it sucks. The rest of the game might be better but I'm not interested in paying for wimpy roller coasters when I've already got nolimits2 Roller Coaster Simulator. In any case, like I said, the base game is free so maybe you'll like it?
Очередной унылый VR.
This game is not Epic Fun
Чет разницы между комфортным режимом и "полное погружение" не заметил, укачивает одинаково))
The game being free part, is a hook. But sadly it didnt "sink" for me. Cant recommend because even the free part is a not specially great, and too nausea inducing for first timers.
