His forest was destroyed by corporate greed, now it's Dumpster Bear's turn for vengeance. Epic Dumpster Bear 2 is an action packed platformer with gameplay that harkens back to the glory days of 16-bit platformers.

If you haven't played the first Dumpster Bear, you should know that it's not just a meme game. It's a fast-paced, actually pretty good platformer. Each level has 3 hidden red coins to collect and speedrun medals to achieve. There are optional, more challenging levels that are unlocked through secret exits and spending the yellow coins you collect while playing. And there are goofy boss battles and over-dramatic cutscenes. The soundtrack is actually original and composed specifically for Dumpster Bear, and it's a real highlight of the game. Compared to the first game, Epic Dumpster Bear 2 is basically more of the same. However, this time Dumpster Bear has a double jump in every level and a new dash attack which can be used for attacking, dodging, going fast, and getting a small third jump in any direction. These new abilities make for a more forgiving challenge, but also make the super-fast movement even faster. It's practically a Sonic game, minus the loops. It's not as long as Epic Dumpster Bear 1, but the levels feel more distinct and better designed overall. Another thing to mention though, is that it has very minimal PC-specific settings. It's full-screen by default, there's "low" or "high" resolution options, and Steam's built in controller mapping, and that's what you get. Get it for the ridiculousness, keep playing because it's actually fun.
Such an awesome platformer, and the soundtrack is all bangers.
Momentum, double jump and a directional dash attack with i-frames make the platforming very enjoyable. If you like running through Donkey Kong Country levels at top speed, you'll like this.
Epic Dumpster Bear 2. YES!!!!! Are the graphics of stellar quality? Not particularly. Is the game really fun to play? YES!!! I am a bit disappointed that I have not seen Gassy Bear ( yet ) I also wish the developer would communicate with his fans. :( Recommended.
Don't be fooled, this is honestly one of the best platformers i have played in a while.
I loved the first game, and this is a great continuation. The controls are super responsive, the gameplay is fun, and the story is excellent.
A great sequel to a great platformer game.
very dumpster much bear
Best game of all time.
