man this game is AMAZING... but it has a glaring issue that has single handedly ruined mine and my friends gaming experience. weve tried workarounds found online but nothing seems to fix the issue of the players other than the host getting randomly disconnected and losing a bunch of progress, consistently. i want to love and play this game until i die but this simply stops any possibility of that. fix your game damnit

I am not the kind of person to leave reviews but this game genuinely deserves the review, I haven't even left reviews for my favorite games of all time. Enshouded is so good, from the combat to the armors to the abilities to building, this game is special. It could genuinely be one of the greatest games of all time. It does have some flaws, but its in early access so I'm willing to look past it. In future i'd like greater customization for my character and some better render distance but otherwise this game is really good in its current state. I play alot of minecraft and i havent had this much fun building in any other game besides enshrouded, and ik its only gonna get better with the 1.0 release. Hats off to keen games for this masterpiece honestly and I can't wait for whats in store for the game.
One of the best semi linear fantasy games I have ever played!
:]
good
Total: 1/10. Graphics: 4/10. Some pretty vistas, but mostly a cartoonish affair. Think recent Legend of Zelda titles, rather than say Conan: Exiles. You are stuck with remarkably ugly body types ... with stunted halfling'ish proportions (?). Story: 3/10. Meh. Gameplay: 4/10. Does what it says on the tin, but nothing unique or really interesting there. Absurdly demanding on GPU, despite nothing interesting happening on screen. I wasted 30 min. tweaking graphics settings etc. to no avail: -2 to total score. Crashed Windows for seemingly no reason: -1 to total score. Avoid this title!
Great game , lots to do , lots to explore , lots to build. All the usual fun you get with this genre , and more , and you can tweak the settings to exactly how you like to play , and when you get to my age , it helps lol , huge thumbs up , highly recommended !!
A game focused on open exploration, finding gear and building bases. You can play as different clases like barbarian or magician and the combat is quite diverse. Would highly recomend.
Enshrouded is a great exploration and build/crafting game. You can focus more on the exploration and character development (skill point distribution) than building, or you can focus more on the building. I'm not much of a builder in this game, so I the incredibly detailed cool stuff I've seen people do blew my mind, and at the same time, when you start to get used to the building, you notice the things people build are just simple, it's just that you need patience and to play a bit with creating patterns (and looking at reference to copy from). You can be a cool builder too! Unless you like to explore more instead and come back to your basic hut, like me! lol You progress the game by exploring, doing the guide quests, finding npcs that unlock crafting in theme with what their role is. How to unlock things specifically I am not totally sure, but the gyst of it, is that some trigger makes the npc gain a new quest, then you have to go fetch the in-world item to craft the thing for the npc, and boom you got a new crafting station... and then you can wait for the thing to spawn again to make another crafting station, if you need more than one to speed up materials processing (some you'll want more than one, others you only need 1 of for the rest of the game). I'm just saying, i think the pace of unlocking the next gated crafting tier thing is well done that it doesnt pressure you to go explore high level areas yet. You will have lots to explore in the current tier and lower tier areas, because the world is quite large. I give this game a solid 9/10, almost perfect.
