Очень сырая альфа версия со всеми вытекающими. Зачем выставлять такое на продажу - непонятно. После того как всё отполируют, попробую ещё раз и надеюсь мнение поменяется.
10/10 Nostalgia points
This game is truly impressive. An amazing RTS which is really polished. Made a single person, it is definitely impressive.
First impression: Quite good!
Fast RTS bulding game. Great fighting for modern RTS Game is regularly updated Developer response is very fast.
Has better storywriting than Veilguard and it's an RTS made by one dude.
A good Start to what will be a Fantastic game. this game is early access and rough around the edges, But with a solo indie dev who is very receptive to feedback this game is worth jumping into early to make sure it reaches its bright future. this game is an RTS made by a fan of Turtling, defenses are strong with walls particularly standing out. There is definitely a lot of influence from CnC Generals but there is plenty of new mechanics as well. The focus on Single-player is refreshing as well.
Having completed the campaign on normal difficulty, I'll give my thoughts, feedback, and critiques now. (Thoughts) Firstly, for a game made by a solo dev, Endeavor is a success. I experienced zero crashes during my play through and no stutters, game ran smoothly. Mission design was varied, with some nice changes of pace in structure ensuring that not every mission was "Start with Command Center and builder and go". Map design was well done, with exploration encouraged by side objectives/ research stations that give actives. Faction design was fairly decent, each having unique units. Structures are fairly similar besides defenses. Not a deal breaker for me. Voice lines and music are passable, but could use some more variance. Individual voice lines per unit for example. (Feedback/Critique) Some things I noticed while playing are as follows: Vulcan tanks do pitiful damage compared to its counterpart and I ended up never using them. Pathing needs improvement, units getting stuck on terrain was common. During the Horde and Tower Defense missions, I had nothing spawn and just waited out the timer. Units firing *through* terrain needs to be fixed. When shift building, it would be nice if I could multi que. If I try to place 3 missile turret and then a laser turret, I will end up with 4 missile turrets. Laser turrets firing needs a projectile animation and sound. A mission briefing and post mission stats screen would be nice. The move speed sync is a brilliant addition, 10/10 idea. Transports losing their wheels after taking so much damage and not being repairable is an odd choice. More air defense is need on *most* maps. Generally my strat was to get a pack of drones up asap and find their power stations to cripple them. This worked 90% of the time. The narrative was basic but serviceable, look forward to seeing it fully fleshed out. Double clicking a group number wouldn't always snap me to the units. Occasionally, when I would select a structure the UI would be missing. Overall, I was impressed with Endeavor. For the price point, the fact that one guy made it, and the quality of the design I would recommend Endeavor to any RTS enjoyers that have played the rest and have that itch to scratch. A true gem.
A really fun game for only $20 but there's a host of bugs throughout hindering gameplay. I still nonetheless really enjoyed my time with this game
