Emu War!

Sound wasn't working but my Grandpa who was an Australian soldier in the 30s had airpods in and he was dancing on the floor.

As of right now it doesn't play the smoothest, and it doesn't look the smoothest, but in the first 1 hour I played as an emu, I highjacked an armored car with a gun on top, and murdered an entire baseball team. 10/10 gameplay

Third-person shooters are hard. A cross hair visible against different backgrounds? Camera movement that doesn't clip though the map? I know this is early access, but until the they sort out the third person view this game is unplayable. Which is a shame because it looks really fun. I look forward to see this a bit more polished.

The commitment to making this game with all it's insanity is to be commended! It is a janky screen shaking un-optimised Unity Engine mess - but if you have a bleeding edge computer (in 2024) you may be able to get decent framerates - lol. I had i5 6 core with Nvidia 3050 Laptop GPU - and had to drop it to 1366x768 on lowest setting to hit 40-60 FPS with frequent drops below 30 fps. That said there is fun to be had here! The humour is there - and if you know Australiana and the story of the real Emu War you will get that much more out of this game (I've been here in Australia for over 30 years now) Devs: to make this game 2x more enjoyable: get rid of the constant screen shake / smooth player camera out a bit or add an option to turn screen shake off. OF NOTE: the vehicles are perfect - and yes, the point of the game is to have fun and explore / push the craziness of the game - love it. Despite it's shortcomings - this game is worth the price of admission (at $1.50 AUD) and made me laugh heaps = gets a thumbs up from me!

Man bekommt das was man für 1€ auch erwartet. Jedoch unterhält es für den Preis einen für ein paar Stunden, sei es in der Kampagne gegen Menschen oder als Mensch gegen die Emu´s. Danach kann man auch Minispiele zocken. Der Soundtrack ist am besten, man möchte beim Menü Sound mitsingen und mitdancen. Man kann auch keine Bugs oder sonstige technischen Probleme feststellen. Es ist als Early Access aktuell ohne bekannten Bugs (was heutzutage sehr selten ist) und mehr Spaß als in jedem neuen COD. Und falls es euch doch nicht gefällt, den 1€ hat man in 3min Arbeiten wieder drin :D

Great educational game about an important event in history, recommend it 100%ly. I wish my history lessons in school had been that close to the real action.

I have no clue what these fools are talking about, this game is an absolute mattster piece. I spent hours, days, and quite possibly years avoiding a failing marriage just to play this mattster piece of a game.
