LOVE this game! If you like Stellaris and Cities Skylines, you will absolutely love this one. Based in the 1920's in Chicago, you get to take over the city however you please with whomever (boss) you chose. Only thing I wish they added to the game was to create your own gang...but maybe in DLC or next one. Another amazing game by Paradox! Thank you for the endless memories!

This is a brilliant example of how companies play by a different rule set to the average consumer. Advertises and sells a product (DLC 2), Doesn't deliver said product. Yet no repercussions for the games developer and publisher. and no refund to consumers. Please don't buy this game (Not even on sale), vote with your wallet and let ♥♥♥♥♥♥ business practices die.
This is the worst combat experience I have ever seen which is bizarre given how high the budget clearly was to develop this game. Even during the tutorial phase, the combat results make no sense. Standing 3 squares away with no obstacles (basically point blank) with a shotgun... miss... you are behind a full wall of cover.... AI can hit you fine.... they are around a corner such that 2 walls would have to be penetrated.... they hit you again....the results make no sense.... and i tried the battle 4 times to make sure it wasn't RNG.... very disappointed, wish i could get my money back... this is garbage.
