About
EMOTIONLESS: The Last Ticket is a first-person psychological horror experience focused on atmosphere and exploration. You are James Anderson, a son returning to the abandoned amusement park his missing father built.

Not everything you see is real, and not everyone you see is alive. Not everything in this world belongs to it. Venture into a surreal world inspired by liminal spaces and cosmic horror.

Search for clues, find audio logs and navigate a haunting narrative without immersion-breaking combat.

Paranormal activity or something ordinary seen from another plane of existence? Some events simply can’t be explained.

Get lost, find the right path, and then get lost again. Not every hallway in this twisted amusement park makes sense… Test your nerves and your sense of direction as paths change and corridors twist.

Why not take a moment to experience the amusement park’s attractions? Just don’t get too relaxed, who knows what awaits on these one-of-a-kind rides.

It feels like if Amnesia: The Dark Descent was made in 2025. Which is not for everyone. I enjoyed it.
so good!
TL;DR I can't recommend this game at full price, if you can get it on sale and you enjoy a walking simulator than this may be an enjoyable experience for you. Full Thoughts This game has a ton of really cool ideas but those ideas are separated by so much empty space that it starts to become a slog about half way through. I was initially drawn to this game because I was really excited by the idea of a haunted lovecraftian amusement park, but unfortunately that only accounts for less than a third of the game. Most of the game takes place underground in various tunnels and bunker hallways. Even though I was sad we left the amusement park, there were still a lot of really cool things to see, big monolithic statues, gravity defying ruins, etc, but to get to each one you had to wander through minutes of meandering, empty hallways full of dead ends. Several areas loop around onto themselves for no discernable reason, or turn into dead ends just so a monster can skitter by in the distance when you turn around. There are collectibles to find, but at a certain point it became so boring to scour these giant empty areas looking for them, and they didn't feel like there was any reward for picking them up. The art, while all beautiful, is kind of all over the place. It feels like several games have kind of crashed into eachother. At one point you'll walk through a tunnel full of viking runes and armor, and then turn a corner into an H.R. Geiger set, and then through a door back into a rock tunnel. It all looked cool, but it never felt cohesive. There is a story, but it's so minimal, and it's delivered so emotionlessly (ha ha, right?) that I just had no investment in it. I kinda lost track of what was going on because it would be so much wandering between story segments and the story was so flat I just wasn't interested enough to keep track of it. I don't want to be mean, this was a small team and they did some cool things, I hope they keep going and keep getting better and make more stuff. If this had been a shorter experience with a little more work put into making me care about the story it could have been great. There's flashes of brilliance here, it just needs more polish.
