Fun game that keeps me thinking. Glad I purchased the game and can't wait to see where it goes. It may take a few tries before you survive (at least it did for me). Build a simple home near water and get clothes done a soon as possible. Clay pots are required to survive winter, lots of food. Winter comes quicker than expected.
I really love this game!!!!
Game is terrible. Stay far away or wait until it goes on sale for a dollar.
I sincerely like this game. It is nice to have a survival game that doesn't involve zombies or immediately fighting for your life while trying to figure out game mechanics, how things work and where everything is. I enjoy the actual crafting, it's as it is as close to reality as you can get in a video game. It's not easy, but also not impossible. Perfect for someone who wants to just explore and ...hopefully...survive. Great price, too. FYI, trying to develop a guide to help out a little, hopefully it'll get posted.
I am loving this game!!! It is so easy to customize the difficulty settings. When I just want to relax, I play on the easiest settings. I am just now stepping it up a little bit. Gradually working my way towards survival mode.
Lovely
exactly what I wanted.
Already good survival game with the potential to become great.
If you read some of the negative reviews: Yes, this is a survial game. The main game circle in a survival game is to survive. If you can faceroll through the content, then it is not a survival game. Seems pretty easy, isn't it? The game has some rough edges, as it is in development. What I know from a single developer. For that, a lot has happend since release into EA. The gamecircle itself is well balanced and works good. You should play Hardcore/Permadeath to get the most out of it. I do not like the transition from/to swimming and fighting in the state of today. But I am sure, this is on the list of the developer. The rest is pretty good. I wish I had some clear landmarks which stands out a bit more (and stars at night) for better orientation. On the other hand, the island seems huge to me at the moment, and my main task right now is to make sure I don’t keep getting lost each time I leave my basecamp. Very good survival game, I have to recommend!
the most realistic survival game ever!!
