Elmarion: Dragon time

This game has a really cool concept, that somehow hasn't been made elsewhere. That being said, it's unfinished, buggy, and abandoned. Its fun for an hour or two, but the review score is pretty accurate.

development seems to have stopped as of a year ago. good concept, but no polish before greenlight release.

Ja Elmarion: Dragon time ist in heutiger Sicht nicht besonders gut, oder super einzigartig sondern eher ein sehr standarditsiertes RPG mit einem Drachen als Protagonist. Nicht sonderlich gut geschrieben, aber das herumfliegen macht spaß auch wenn man wirklich nicht viel erwarten darf ist es so trashig, dass es wieder bock macht und für mich beinahe schon Neo-Retro Status erhält. Allerdings hat man vom Spielsystem nicht wirklich erfahren wie man denn jetzt die ganzen neuen Fähigkeiten nutzen kann. Rating: Dito: 3.2/5 Chat: 3.32/5 Gesamt: 3.26/5

No, sorry. This game is terrible. I love dragons and was really excited when I discovered this game deep within Steam. But unfortunately, for me, it's unplayable... When I read other reviews talking about "good sound" or "good controls," I honestly wonder if we're even playing the same game. The sound is awful, the controls are clunky, and the graphics... don't get me wrong, I'm absolutely not a graphics snob, but on Ultra the game stutters like I'm trying to run Hogwarts Legacy on my old PC. And when I switch to 'High' settings, it just looks incredibly unfinished. No textures, nothing. Sadly, I can't recommend this game. And that really breaks my heart, because I've yet to find a good dragon game.

Das Spiel entwickelt im Verlauf eine überraschende Tiefe im Skillsystem. Die Geschichte, die Steuerung und das Kampfsystem sind nicht nennenswert herausragend, oder ungewöhnlich, teilweise ziemlich simpel und minimalistisch. Aber das Spiel funktioniert. Wenn man als Drache herumfliegen will und den cartoon-ähnlichen Grafikstil mag, hat man bei dem Kauf nichts falsch gemacht und ich bereue meine knapp 9 Stunden Spielzeit nicht.
