Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 9 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Finally being able to play an official version of Elevator Action Returns is a dream come true. I'm playing it on a laptop and the game performance is very good. Input lag is not an issue here.

Good port of an extremely ridiculous OTT style-over-substance game. The visual style and music are great, it's a shame the game is content to spam enemies at you to munch quarters instead of, idk, using clever level design to create a tough but fair challenge, but it is so visually entertaining and so short I can kinda overlook that it's a bit dumb gameplay-wise. Reminds me of Katana Zero for some reason, a game which does have actually good level design.
童年回憶,現在終於發現這遊戲叫什麼名子並找到它有在STEAM上架,感動到不行。
My brother forgot we played this together. It was our favorite in the collection of Taito games.
"I'LL GET YOU NEXT TIME!" Elevator Action Returns is a fantastic and stylish sequel to the original classic. I was lucky enough to find an arcade that had this years back, but by the time I found out about the game's home port on the Saturn it was already prohibitively expensive. Luckily, this is a good port of that same version at a fraction of the price, with a few extra bells and whistles included. Everything, including controller support, seems to work well. Very pleased that the dev is making these games available on steam!
Comes with 2 games instead of one. As opposed to the original version, you do not need to beat the game to access the first game to boot. Personally, I think they should have left it to where you earned it after beating the game as a nice surprise, but whatever. Both games are arcade games, which means they're supposed to steal your quarters, which means they can be difficult. However, you can change the difficulty settings and you can also enable whether there's blood or not with Returns. You can also add credits, stock, and a ridiculous amount of bombs to start with if you so choose. As for the characters, I'm gonna tell you something: I'm an absolute sucker for these designs. I love them. That said, each character plays differently. One has a lot of speed and specializes in melee, another specializes in weaponry, and then the last one excels in power. These traits are noticeable during the game so they're not just there for nothing. It does have a 2 player mode, which is cool. The music: What can I say? It's good, it's chill, it's great. You can listen to all the music under options as well. Now for the games: Well, they're arcade games so they're going to be short. Despite this, they're pretty solid games. Is it worth the $14.99? Younger me would say yes. Present day me? Also yes. However, if you can grab it on sale like I did, I'd highly recommend it. I had no trouble with installation, it runs very smooth, just everything you could hope for.
