Echo Tower

This is a maze game with a difference, it has a plot. It makes a change from other games aimed at the visually impaired that are mazes. It follows the same premise as others, levels that get steadily harder and introduce new challenges as you go. This being tied together with a story line makes a refreshing change. This along with achievements makes this a definite recommendation. Narrated menus and fully playable with no vision. Like a good maze, then give this a go.

Un jeu court mais fun, avec une façon unique d'approcher les niveaux vu qu'il faut se fier au son et à sa mémoire pour se faire une carte mentale de chaque étage pour pouvoir avancer Il y a vraiment un truc à jouer au jeu sans même regarder l'image et toujours comprendre ce qu'on doit faire quand même, le jeu a été super bien designé pour qu'un aveugle puisse y jouer sans problème, maintenant je déconseille fortement d'y jouer avec autre chose qu'un casque pour passer un bon moment sur le jeu !

J'ai jamais vu un jeu aussi efficace dans sa mécanique. Pas de bugs visibles, et tout est suffisamment fonctionnel pour pouvoir jouer l'écran éteins. Donc économie d'électricité. Blague à part, les personnages sont attachants en VF comme en VO, et les 60 niveaux du jeu défilent extrêmement agréablement. Les mécaniques sont expliquées très clairement, et bien que certains niveaux soient pas évident a appréhender, la totalité du jeu est accessible. L'histoire est sympathique et raconté avec des visuels assez mignon, d'ailleurs le peu de graphismes présent sont joli. Le sound design est idéal et permet de déterminer en un clin d'oreille où est quoi. Bonus, si vous voulez vous mettre un niveau de difficulté plus élevé, il suffit de ne pas mettre un écouteur. Foncez!

Not my kind of game usually, but I was surprised about how locked-in I was and I finished the game in one long session. I've never played something like it, pretty original and amazing concept !

Très bon petit jeu, les mécaniques principales sont simples mais il faut les comprendre. Une fois qu'elles sont prises en main, les niveaux déroulent plutôt bien. Il y a de bonnes idées de level design.

I was given a key and i will be honest i started to play and one thing led to another and i left the house and left his on so forgive my false playtime it was not on purpose. But I will say that (on the 11thfloor now) I thought it was not going to be my type of game but i can't seem to stop playing. love the voice acting! it's very silly and the game in my mind is kinda like minesweeper in a way where you gotta guess where to go and I LOVE this challenge you are given various skills and items to help you along the way but it just plain fun and i honestly going try and complete it tonight!

I was the voice of Echo in this game! I enjoyed the premise, it was very unique, and I do like the ability to lower the difficulty with the flashlight toggle. I think the UI could be cleaned up a bit, along with adding audio settings. But a nice game to kill a couple of hours.
