It is my first time playing a Madden game and I'm enjoying it very much. As a pure gameplay experience it is very well done. I have mostly played 1v1 online, 1v1 (CPU) and many hours in the training to understand the different plays and prepare my strategy. I have set up an EA account and used the free trial of 10 hours to test the game without to much risk especially after all the negative reviews. I could not see "bugs" everywhere, although I have sometime the loading screen loading indefinitely...very annoying but it doesn't happen very often.
EA never updates anything, this year was no different, it is just simply updated rosters, the only slightly good update to this game was dynamic weather, other than that it is a direct copy of madden 26, Don't buy if you value your money

bought this as a combo with ncaa football to save like 10 bucks overall and have access to cfb 3 days early. Cfb has its issues but its fun. Madden is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ garbage. I played one online game, requested a refund. It was denied because it counts my total playtime for both games, not just madden. I tried to play 1 more game tonight. First the game wouldn't even launch. had to restart my cpu. Now the game will launch, i hit online game, i wait, get connected to someone, and then it immediatly crashes. Tried restarting again, run in admin mode, nothing. Game just crashes right when i get matched up with someone. complete garbage. I have no idea how college football and madden are even made by the same company considering how much worse madden is.
This game is just ass. Made like ♥♥♥♥.

Some of the features added to franchise are really cool to be honest. The game just runs like total ♥♥♥♥ no matter what your settings are. Same problem with Madden 26.
